**What do you like best about Cymbio?**

I like how hands on the entire team has been from start to finish. Between managing and building our integrations plus advocating on our behalf with retailers, Cym.bio has been excellent partner and I continue to look forward to working with them.

**What do you dislike about Cymbio?**

So far, so good! We've not had any real issues working with them and things continue to get smoother with them.

Streamlining intake of orders from retailers, transmitting inventory counts, and bulk publishing item listings.

we use to have more personal connections and now its a bit more automated.  I miss the one on one with my dedicted account person

**What do you like best about Cymbio?**

Efficient tech solution to connect our international footwear/aparel brand to (global/fashion) marketplaces, agile and solution-oriented way of working together. Always friendly and energetic when working on new expansion projects or day-to-day account management support. With Cymbio's help, we launched the first 3rd party marketplace partnership (EU, consignment model), and a few months in already working on launching new partners (via dropship) as it's been a success working together and growing sales and new customers so far. Communication is rather individual to the brand('s needs), so don't expect a vast amount of standardized onboarding templates, step-by-step guides, etc. to be shared (some might like that, others won't).

**What do you dislike about Cymbio?**

If you are mainly looking for retailer connections e.g. in Europe, the portfolio still feels a bit thinner than in the US - but as they are launching new partners regularly, I don't see this as a blocker at all.

**What problems is Cymbio solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Making our products available to new customers on selected online marketplaces without investing (much) tech resources from our brand's side, via a mostly automated integration between our Shopify system and these retailers. Once live the brand only needs to decide which products to offer on that marketplace and Cymbio takes care of the product activation (specific formats included) and (promotional) pricing. The highest benefit is to be connected to several retailers via Cymbio, so we receive all orders through them into our systems to fulfill customer orders directly from our 3PL and therefore maximize stock across our own e-comm and third party channels.

**What do you like best about Cymbio?**

We love Cymbio's prompt response. They make everything easy. They also find solutions to their client's needs. I love that they connect us to different marketplaces.

**What do you dislike about Cymbio?**

Cymbio does not cater amazon fba right now. I hope they integrate with them soon. Other than that they are amazing!

Excellent customer service is everything. Part of our business success is because of the great and smooth transaction Cymbio provides.

Inventory management has been easy with this amazing team. Cymbio also helps us expand our business by recommending different marketplaces.

**What do you like best about Cymbio?**

We are a small, family business and we do not have the resources to create our own custom integrations.  We had two drop ship customers, but we were doing all of the work of typing/shipping orders by hand as well as trying to keep our inventory up-to-date in their systems manually.  It was not sustainable.  Cymbio is able to take all of these orders and drop them into Shopify and instantly push our inventory numbers back to our customers' systems.  With this level of integration, we have now added three more drop ship clients that we would have never been able to support before.  And Cymbio made those introductions to new customers for us which has been a surprise benefit of working with them!

**What do you dislike about Cymbio?**

The only functionality that I wish they had was a better way to print labels and packing slips (if they are sent by the customer with the order).  They are sent as links, but they are not hyperlinks.  They have to be copied and pasted in a browser.  I would love it if we could just select the orders in Shopify and print them all in a batch.

We have automated several time-consuming steps in our drop ship program.

I don't know of any downsides to using Cymbio.

Here is a direct quote from an email recommending Cymbio to a very successful, hardworking, efficient business owner: "Aside from you, they [Cymbio employees] are the most efficient people I’ve worked with!"

**What problems is Cymbio solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Cymbio helps eliminate the risk of overselling by automatically syncing my site with those of my retailers. I no longer have to update inventory manually and send a CSV to my retailers every week. Additionally, one of my retailers emails me orders, which I then have to manually input to Shopify. Because it is my only retailer not linked in any way through Shopify, orders get missed and/or forgotten. The owner of the site had been looking for a solution, met with Cymbio, and can't wait to onboard with them!

My team at Cymbio took all the stress out of managing EDI between my marketplaces and my Shopify store.  They made it nearly seamless!

There is nothing I dislike at the moment. SO far, everything has been wonderful

First, the manpower, I run a small company and Cymbio is such a great partner. They take care of all the details so I can focus on other tasks.

The Cymbio team is extremely helpful in all aspects of dropshipping with our retailers. We can always count on them to get the job done seamlessly. They even go above and beyond what is normally asked.

Nothing that I can think of. One downfall if I had to pick something would be the time difference but it always works out.

We are solving all of our dropshipping problems - They are also helping us with other retailers where we had to do manual entry for their dropship, but now they are taking over and everything is seemless.

They are helping my brand to sell my products to different marketplaces. They integrate all of my accounts to my Shopify website so I can manage all orders from a single admin panel. I highly recommend Cambio

They may also help to increase sale on all marketplaces by helping search optimizations

Their service is like nothing we have experienced.  They make onboarding new partnerships easy, and the service doesn't stop once you are up and running smoothly.  No matter what, they are quick to respond to questions, and always bring value to our exchanges.

I honestly can't think of anything that we dislike about Cymbio and their team.

Ease of onboarding new seamless partnerships. They also do a great job of vetting inquiries so we are not bombarded by requests they know would not be beneficial.

They have been a great partner for automating the workflow for drop ship. They are proactive in recommending new potential partners, which has helped increase our revenue. If they don't have an existing connection with a trading partner, they will also investigate a build-out and come back with options.

They are automating the order fulfillment process with several retailers, which helps us scale our business.

I wish they could help with image resizing, and possibly use our images from shopify by style
