An excellent AI tool that automatically generates a relevant Boolean search string from a job description, runs the search, and matches candidates based on a scoring system. It saves hours of manual sourcing—no more sifting through hundreds of profiles on CVLibrary.
As a niche recruiter, I especially value the ability to generate insightful search reports. These are great for sharing with clients, helping them understand the current talent landscape and where flexibility in their requirements might be needed to secure the right candidates.

It's fast, effective and save's me loads of time. Not only can it create a boolean string that you can edit according to each job, but its ability to shorlitst and format these CV's it's extremely fast. Recruitment has not been this amazing in year's. I have worked on so many system's over the 16 year's in the recruitment industry this by far the best. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
