It's fast, effective and save's me loads of time. Not only can it create a boolean string that you can edit according to each job, but its ability to shorlitst and format these CV's it's extremely fast. Recruitment has not been this amazing in year's. I have worked on so many system's over the 16 year's in the recruitment industry this by far the best.
