# Which Voice Recognition platforms integrate seamlessly with existing enterprise systems and tools?

Which Voice Recognition platforms integrate seamlessly with existing enterprise systems and tools matters a lot once a company scales past a handful of users, since a voice tool that doesn't talk to the CRM or productivity suite already in place just becomes another silo. Google Cloud Speech-to-Text, Otter.ai, and Deepgram are the three most cited for enterprise integration work.

The integration stress test for me would be failure handling at volume, not whether the API connects successfully in the first place. Once transcription feeds CRM, contact center, or downstream automation, dropped jobs and retries can create gaps nobody notices immediately. Has anyone compared how these platforms expose failed requests and let teams replay them without duplicating downstream records?
