CVME provides online automated resume / CV formatting services, AI talent sourcing and a candidate presentation platform for recruiters. Automated CV formatting converts the original profile into a bespoke branded agency document in less than 30 seconds which can be tailored a specific role / anonymised in a click. AI candidate resourcing connects with live candidate databases with over 22million UK profiles. Provide a target job description and CVME will extract criteria, write the boolean and run the search, assessing up to 500 profiles / minute and producing a report on each of the top 'x' profiles returned. CVME's candidate presentation platform allows you to share your shortlist directly with your clients and automatically include key market information such as salary guidance, location mapping and an overview on each candidate and how they meet the requirements of the role.
