There isn't much to say. The platform could be improved to be more user-friendly and could be made easier to implement, but overall, I find it quite nice. The team is helpful, and I've been able to get issues resolved with their assistance. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is YourCause from Blackbaud solving and how is that benefiting you?

With GrantsConnect, we no longer have to rely on manual spreadsheets, as the entire process is now automated. Given that we handle over 250 applications across different programmes, tracking and managing all applications and programmes has become significantly more efficient. Likewise, CSR Connect has eliminated the need for manual matching. Employees now benefit from improved support for volunteering and matching, and as administrators, it is much easier for us to monitor numbers across the board. Once our historical information is fully integrated, GrantsConnect will become the definitive source for all our data. It streamlines event management and offers simple, effective tools for project leaders and corporate CSR staff. What do you dislike about YourCause from Blackbaud?

It's hard to find fault with YourCause CSRConnect, but one area for improvement is the speed of reviewing and reporting payroll deductions. Currently, it can take up to 15 days to accurately report the previous month’s data. Reducing this timeframe to within a week would greatly enhance efficiency and support more timely reporting. Single sign on login makes it easy for employees to get started, portal is mostly straight forward to use, it does not require verifying volunteer hours Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about YourCause from Blackbaud?

Reporting is seriously challenging. Impact Edge is helping, but it's not quite there yet. Pulling a list of employees who have volunteered should be way easier.

Also, the language around "Record Hours" vs "Create an Event' is confusing to some users. I often get events for one-time volunteer participation. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
