The layout is clean, the navigation makes sense, and everything just flows. Whether you’re doing a basic return or handling something more complex, CrossLink makes the process smooth and efficient. I’ve even used it to train new tax pros, and it’s made teaching easier because the system doesn’t feel overwhelming to beginners.
What really makes CrossLink a game changer for me is the Master Control Board. Being able to oversee multiple offices straight from my server? That’s a boss move. It makes compliance easier, keeps everyone in check, and lets me stay on top of production in real time—without hopping from system to system or chasing info.
I’m a service bureau owner, and I take training and performance seriously. The fact that I can monitor my entire team’s workflow, step in when needed, and ensure everything is up to par—all from one place—is priceless. That kind of control and visibility? You can’t put a price tag on that.
