**Describe the project or task CRMNinjas helped with:**

We hired CRMNinjas to help implement Salesforce's CRM & Pardot Marketing Automation as part of a complete restructuring of lead and customer management. The goal was to replace our current, disjointed approach (that used several platforms) and create a more streamlined, 360-degree solution that was easier for our contact center agents to use and for our marketing team to manage.

**What do you like best about CRMNinjas?**

We're about halfway through a year-long implementation process, but so far CRMNinjas has made the long and detailed process easier to manage for our team which had little Salesforce experience. Darrel and his team always take the time to provide thoughtful solutions tailored to our business needs and are capable of pivoting quickly with little interruption in the face of changing business requirements. They have also taken initiative to learn our current systems and never hesitate to do what's necessary to get the job done - including working directly with some of our other SaaS providers.

**What do you dislike about CRMNinjas?**

We had some hiccups at the beginning with understanding the scope of work and the timing of deliverables. This was more likely due to muddled direction given by our team and less a result of any shortcomings of the CRMNinjas team; however, having little Salesforce experience on our side, I think our team could have used more of a hands-on approach and more detailed documentation during those times.

**What problems is CRMNinjas solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We're a fast-growing startup whose success relies heavily on our contact center and business analytics. We knew we needed to improve our SaaS technology stack and we felt Salesforce would be a perfect match for our ever-growing and changing needs; however, we lacked the hands-on experience and resources we needed to implement such a change while keeping the risk-level low. CRMNinjas has not only helped provide the resources we need to do the work necessary; they've also provided the expertise required to make the right decisions. One of the major benefits I've encountered when working with them is that they have subject matter experts in each area that have precise skills, allowing for a more tailored approach.
