
We hired CRMNinjas to help implement Salesforce's CRM & Pardot Marketing Automation as part of a complete restructuring of lead and customer management. The goal was to replace our current, disjointed approach (that used several platforms) and create a more streamlined, 360-degree solution that was easier for our contact center agents to use and for our marketing team to manage. We're about halfway through a year-long implementation process, but so far CRMNinjas has made the long and detailed process easier to manage for our team which had little Salesforce experience. Darrel and his team always take the time to provide thoughtful solutions tailored to our business needs and are capable of pivoting quickly with little interruption in the face of changing business requirements. They have also taken initiative to learn our current systems and never hesitate to do what's necessary to get the job done - including working directly with some of our other SaaS providers.
