**What do you like best about CRM.ES?**

With the help of CRM.ES we were somehow able to track most of our customer interactions and sales pipelines. It gives me contact management modules, opportunity management modules and convenient task management and automation tools.

**What do you dislike about CRM.ES?**

There are fewer choices when it comes to customizing the reports or shaping what gets generated.  It could be quite difficult to produce report extending down to the customer segment or sales activity level.

**What problems is CRM.ES solving and how is that benefiting you?**

CRM.ES consolidates our clients’ data and promotes efficient sales representatives’ interaction with clients.  These automatons release time to our team which would otherwise be spent closing deals.

What I like the most is how intuitive it is, as well as being very fast in any search.

For the moment I have not seen anything noteworthy that I do not like

CRM.ES is easy to utilize and ground-breaking simultaneously and our group will cherish working with him. We have put significant things, and we have eliminated the superfluous. We like to enable our customers to exploit the application. We endeavor to modify the item with the goal that every customer has a CRM customized to their necessities. Our specialized help is among the best available.

**What do you dislike about CRM.ES?**

Perhaps there are modules that are extremely simple to utilize, yet the same number of has aced all the apparatuses it requires some investment and you can't generally get the incredible capability of the entire framework. While this stage has a great deal of usefulness, it could be much easier to understand. The design can be befuddling and it's not instinctive. The technical service and support service of this software is not good.

It's extraordinary to have all we require in one spot and we can integrate applications like Mailchimp. You can have different records for workers and everybody can see deals improvement. All ongoing notes can be seen on the principle divider, and all notes for possibilities and deals are completely open to all record holders.
