What do you like best about Creative Services Inc?

I appreciate Creative Services Inc's client-focused service. They've been able to fully complete verifications, unlike our previous provider. It's also great that they take the time to follow up with applicants and guide them through the process, sparing us from having to get too involved. I find it beneficial that they keep us informed about industry trends, upcoming changes to laws, and offer helpful analytics on our usage. The way they tailor packages and the web portal to fit our business needs makes the system really easy to use. Features like placing orders, reviewing them, sending reminders, and canceling are all straightforward on the platform. Whenever I need more help, their client success team is always quick and willing to assist. I also appreciate their customer service and the personal connection, having worked with the same account manager for 6/7 years. What do you like best about Creative Services Inc?

I really appreciate the 'white glove' service from Creative Services Inc, which is unparalleled. They've truly made our lives super easy by handling the heavy lifting with background checks and engaging with applicants to ensure their paperwork is submitted. Their contribution allows us to just act as a link between organizations. They're always willing to work with us whenever we need a new solution, and their expertise in the background check space is very valuable. They provide valuable information and training on conducting a review of background checks from a legal standpoint. Additionally, they create seamless and painless transitions whenever needed. The fact that they run a Massachusetts iCORI is huge for us since we require it for all our applicants, a task many companies won't handle due to the paperwork burden. I really appreciate Creative Services Inc because it meets our needs for background checks without discrepancies, which was an issue with the previous vendor. I value the full background checks on any county that's tied to the candidate's SSN—it’s been immensely helpful. The communication between us and Creative Services Inc is impeccable; we never feel ignored. They support a streamlined, end-to-end background screening workflow through their JobVite integration, with features like automated order initiation, applicant self-service, pre-population of candidate data, and real-time updates. The workflow from initiating background checks to completion updates back to JobVite is much easier. They provide strong and consistent client support and communication. What do you dislike about Creative Services Inc?

I dislike the number of options that a screening can come back with. I also find it incredibly confusing when a status comes back for employees and it is in different colors. Streamline what is available for options and colors...it needs to be very clear to companies that aren't used to logging in and checking on the status of their employees. This is the single biggest problem phone call I get from all of my Subcontractors. I have over 58 companies to field questions for. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
