We absolutely LOVE their customer service. They offer an online chat option during weekday business hours, and they are very effective at resolving any issues that come up. The chat feature also lets us upload any necessary documents, and they can provide documents to us directly through the chat as well. Everyone is very nice and always treats you with respect.
Reports requested are usually sent back to us instantly. They keep us up to date if there are any issues with reports being returned. Their PRE-Screen report provides a full verification of employment including accident info if the company provides it. This eliminates extra work our processing team has to do when pulling verifications of employment. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
