We absolutely LOVE their customer service. They offer an online chat option during weekday business hours, and they are very effective at resolving any issues that come up. The chat feature also lets us upload any necessary documents, and they can provide documents to us directly through the chat as well. Everyone is very nice and always treats you with respect.

Reports requested are usually sent back to us instantly. They keep us up to date if there are any issues with reports being returned. Their PRE-Screen report provides a full verification of employment including accident info if the company provides it. There’s very little to critique. Because of our unique needs, we require more robust reporting than most, and we’ve also hoped for a more unified branding experience across the platform. Cisive's software has been very easy to use. We were pressed for time in implementing their system and they bent over backwards to help us meet our deadlines. We have been using Cisive for many years and will continue to use them for our healthcare student- background, drug screen, and immunization tracker needs.
