What do you like best about Creatio?

I like that Creatio offers a Low Code platform, which significantly facilitates and accelerates development. This allows me to visualize sales opportunities and perform effective tracking. Additionally, the integration of artificial intelligence (AI) in Creatio adds extra value, optimizing processes and improving the overall user experience by allowing us to tackle complex challenges more efficiently. What do you like best about Creatio?

Creatio has many valuable and interesting features, among them the agility to create processes quickly and simply without having to program, which accelerates the adoption of technology in all areas of the organization. Additionally, it can integrate with API services and many standard market platforms. It also has the ability to define dashboards with indicators natively without the need for development, just using existing components. It also has an excellent CRM that complements BPMN processes and the 360 view of the customer. All this speeds up the implementation and adoption process. The new AI and Agent capabilities add a lot of power and functionality to make work in different aspects more efficient by absorbing repetitive tasks so that users can focus on value-added tasks. What do you dislike about Creatio?

So far, we have not found any features that are missing or that we dislike. I could mention that the process of promoting applications between environments, depending on their level of complexity, can generate errors at the time of implementation, but the support team is always available to help us resolve any issues. What do you like best about Creatio?

We’ve been using Creatio Sales CRM for over a year, and it has significantly improved how we manage leads, opportunities, and our entire sales pipeline. What really stands out is the platform’s low-code customization—we’ve been able to tailor processes to fit our unique workflow without spending a lot of time.

The user interface is clean and intuitive, making onboarding for new team members quick and easy. Our team especially appreciate the built-in AI-driven tools for lead scoring and forecasting, which have made our sales efforts more targeted and efficient.

Another huge plus is how seamlessly Creatio integrates with other systems we use, including marketing automation and customer service platforms. The unified data view helps our teams work smarter and collaborate more effectively across departments.

Overall, Creatio Sales CRM has been a game-changer for our organization. It’s fast, flexible, and powerful—ideal for any business looking to accelerate sales performance while maintaining adaptability.

What do you like best about Creatio?

What stood out most for me was how adaptable the platform is. Working with the marketing team, we had a fair few specific requirements around lead routing, campaign tracking, and UTM capture. With Creatio, I didn’t have to hack things together it’s properly structured, and the tools for configuration are solid. Also, it’s quite nice that non-tech folks could take over bits of the setup later on. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Creatio?

Nothing major to flag really. A few quirks here and there during initial setup, but nothing that couldn’t be sorted. Overall I’ve got a lot of respect for how the platform’s built. Don’t really have complaints just the usual learning curve. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
