Hi G2 folks. Independent spa owners rarely have a back office team to lean on, and one platform's reviewer base in Medical Spa is almost entirely made up of exactly that kind of small, independent operator.
Pabau Practice Management: reviewers point to bookings, client records, marketing, and communication consolidated into one system, cutting down on the admin that used to eat into time with clients. Onboarding is described as thorough, but a lot to take in at first, given how many features the platform includes, and reviewers flag that certain actions carry additional credit-based costs on top of the base subscription.
Would be useful to hear from independent spa owners directly here: did the extra credit-based costs end up adding up more than expected, or were they minor once you knew what to watch for?
