How much does Craftable cost in 2026?

According to G2 data, Craftable pricing in 2026 starts at $250.00. Pricing may vary based on billing terms or usage, so users should review the Craftable's official pricing page for the most current details.

Who is Craftable pricing best suited for?

Craftable's pricing is best suited for mid-market restaurant groups and multi-unit hospitality operators, who represent the largest and most satisfied reviewer segment on G2. These buyers get maximum ROI from Craftable's POS integration, multi-location inventory visibility, and accounting automation. The $250/month base tier fits single-location restaurants, bars, and food and beverage operations needing recipe costing, invoice management, and ordering consolidation. Craftable + Director targets enterprise and corporate groups requiring benchmarking and ordering compliance across locations. G2 reviewers from small businesses do use Craftable successfully, though several flag the price and setup complexity as meaningful hurdles for lean operations.

What are the key differences between the free and paid versions of Craftable?

Craftable offers no free tier or free trial based on G2 pricing data. The entry point is Craftable at $250.00/month per location, covering real-time inventory management, recipe and menu costing, POS integration, accounting sync, unlimited users, and invoice vault storage. Craftable + Director is a separate enterprise tier available via custom quote, adding multi-unit corporate management, store benchmarking, contract price control, ordering compliance, and consolidated POS data across all locations. G2 reviewers managing multiple locations specifically highlight the Director tier's value for cross-location visibility, while single-location operators work within the base Craftable plan.

Is Craftable considered good value for its pricing?

G2 reviewers broadly consider Craftable good value despite its premium price point. One small business reviewer explicitly notes it is 'a little pricey, but ultimately worth it,' and multiple G2 users cite 50%+ reductions in invoice processing time, lower COGS, and hours saved weekly on admin labor. High ratings dominate the review pool, with most reviewers in restaurants and hospitality praising ROI through real-time inventory accuracy, recipe costing, and POS integration. The main caveat: G2 reviews consistently flag steep setup time and a learning curve, meaning value realization depends heavily on full implementation. Small single-location operators may feel the $250/month starting price most acutely.

"Saves Time on Invoices and Inventory, with Seamless QuickBooks Sync"
5/5
What do you like best about Craftable?

It has saved us a significant amount of time when processing invoices for payment, helped us catch vendor price discrepancies, and synced with QuickBooks so we can ensure bills are paid on time. The inventory management features have also made it much easier to handle weekly inventory for key items, as well as our monthly inventory. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Craftable?

If you’re not a restaurant person, building recipes can be tricky when it comes to portioning items correctly. Once you understand how it works, it’s easy to add recipes and adjust them as needed, but the initial setup can take a little longer than you might expect. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Beneficial Recipe Costing, but Onboarding Needs Major Improvement"
2.5/5
What do you like best about Craftable?

The cost of goods in recipes has been very beneficial in pricing for our menu. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Craftable?

It has not been an easy onboarding process at all. It has taken over a year due to basically being thrown to the wolves to figure things out and there were multiple people at Craftable that were setting up our business and each one had their own way to do things so that all had to be changed/mainstreamed/cleaned up. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
