What do you like best about Courseplay Cloud Learning?

Courseplay Cloud Learning is incredibly user friendly, making it accessible for learners at all levels. The Admin Set-up is easy to setup and develop. The platform is available on web and Android/IOS platforms. The platform's comprehensive analytics and reporting tools help track progress and measure training effectiveness. Customization options allow for tailored courses to meet specific needs, while mobile apps ensure that learners can access materials anytime. Integration with various HR and LMS systems is possible. The interactive features like Scorm, quizzes and gamification are a good value add. The micro learning areas are awesome too. What I also like is embedding webcontent through html code makes it easy to deliver audio podcasts. The customer support is efficient and responsive to the needs. What do you dislike about Courseplay Cloud Learning?

Sometimes the software hangs a bit. The Scorm version is 1.2 waiting for the next update and tincan Api Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Courseplay Cloud Learning solving and how is that benefiting you?

Provided all round learning solution for the organisation. Gave me good variabilty for content types. The admin panel is easy too use as well as it gives an Android and apple app also which is a big plus. It is cost effective for the learner levels. The learning Experience Platform is intutive and improves the learner engagement significantly. The system analyzes skill gaps and employee performance to provide customized learning pathways based on the predefined paths. Employees also receive ongoing, automated feedback and course suggestions as they progress along the course. There is no option for setting manual reminders for courses or tasks.

What problems is Courseplay Cloud Learning solving and how is that benefiting you?

The platform currently lacks social media–style engagement features such as news feeds, posts, likes, and user interactions, which could significantly improve learner participation and daily usage.

There is a need for more detailed and customizable reporting options, including scheduled reports and automated reminders shared with reporting managers through dashboards.

Adding external productivity features such as to-do lists, habit trackers, and checklists would encourage regular app usage and help increase the reach and visibility of courses and announcements.

Availability of general and free courses provided by the Courseplay team would add more value and support continuous learning beyond organization-specific content.
