"Fantastic Product"

What do you like best about Coursedog?

One of the best features of Coursedog is how the modules are all interrelated. It was a key selling point for me - to have fully integrated features across different support areas. The way Catalog, Curriculum, and Sections all feed out of the same database instead of supporting multiple vendors with multiple feeds and APIs has made the transition easier. The IT integration has been incredibly smooth. Our online catalog has never looked better. I also love how they consistently take feedback and use that in continued product development and analytic support. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Coursedog?

What problems is Coursedog solving and how is that benefiting you?

We previously had been using PDFs for curriculum management. This was clunky and changes were difficult. Using Coursedog allows us to streamline that process and then import approvals directly into our catalog and our SIS. There are far fewer manual entries needed by my team. It also is far less likely for a new approval to be overlooked in the stream of pdf approvals. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Coursedog?

The implementation is a smooth process with great handholding all the way. The product is very intuitive and easy to learn. It is very easy to use and even our faculty got on board and are using it. What do you dislike about Coursedog?

It forced us to clean up our data, and who likes to do that job? The Catalog does not have a lot of bells and whistles but it is constantly improving. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Coursedog solving and how is that benefiting you?

Moved the Academic Scheduling task into the hands of those who know it best. No more spreadsheets and trying to guess what the departments are wanting to schedule. They have to have all the questions answered or they can not move on. We have save the time of a whole employee and allowed them to be used for other things. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
