The implementation is a smooth process with great handholding all the way. The product is very intuitive and easy to learn. It is very easy to use and even our faculty got on board and are using it. When there is a problem the customer support is very responsive.

One of the best features of Coursedog is how the modules are all interrelated. It was a key selling point for me - to have fully integrated features across different support areas. The way Catalog, Curriculum, and Sections all feed out of the same database instead of supporting multiple vendors with multiple feeds and APIs has made the transition easier. The IT integration has been incredibly smooth. Our online catalog has never looked better. I also love how they consistently take feedback and use that in continued product development and analytic support.
