## Corus Reviews
 ### 1. Corus Streamlines Compliance and Client Operations

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Ebenezer T. | Senior IT & CRM Solutions Manager, Information Technology and Services, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 04, 2026

**What do you like best about Corus?**

Corus’s pre-built GDPR-focused framework built for German operational standards is its greatest advantage. Preformatted IT service contracts and SLA templates cut repetitive manual drafting and lower legal wording errors for our Hamburg IT service packages. Automatic contract expiry alerts keep our account managers from overlooking upcoming renewals and revenue losses. We can extract structured contract and invoicing datasets to feed into Raynet CRM, harmonizing cross-platform customer profiles efficiently. The unified link between support tickets and billing entries lets sales and service staff instantly match client faults to relevant service fees, drastically cutting time spent searching through scattered offline spreadsheets across departments.

**What do you dislike about Corus?**

There is no native bidirectional connection between Corus and Raynet CRM, forcing weekly manual data exports and imports whenever contracts get revised, renewed or billed. This repetitive manual work wastes admin time and regularly triggers inconsistent customer data between the two core business systems. Out-of-box report layouts do not comply with German domestic financial controlling standards, so our finance team must remodel all exported data in Excel for official internal reporting. Restricted custom field functionality blocks us from adding Hamburg-specific service classification tags, meaning we have to maintain extra standalone spreadsheets to record local business categorization details.

**What problems is Corus solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Prior to implementation, our contract, invoicing and support ticket data was split across FreshBooks and unorganized Excel logs, leading to mismatched client records, forgotten renewals and GDPR storage compliance risks. Corus consolidates all three datasets into one regulated repository, minimizes manual input mistakes, automates deadline reminders and simplifies GDPR-aligned document management. Our Hamburg-based sales, support and finance teams save dozens of working hours monthly and reduce compliance violation risks significantly.

 ### 2. Powerful B2B Survey Solution with Room for Integration

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Plastics | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 14, 2026

**What do you like best about Corus?**

I value Corus for its powerful industry-adapted survey capabilities and user-friendly analytical tools that fit perfectly with our market research and client feedback needs in the German plastics sector. What really stands out is its flexible questionnaire design, tailored for B2B industrial scenarios, allowing us to gather more targeted and valuable information. I also appreciate the automated data sorting and visual reporting features, which save us massive time on manual data entry and report creation. Additionally, Corus delivers stable performance across devices and smooth distribution, adapting well to desktops, laptops, and mobile phones so that respondents can complete forms without issues. Its built-in GDPR compliance gives us peace of mind by securely handling sensitive data with default end-to-end encryption. The ease of setup, intuitive interface, and straightforward user provisioning make using Corus a seamless experience.

**What do you dislike about Corus?**

To start with, the integration with third-party business platforms is very limited. Our team regularly uses video conferencing tools, cloud document systems and internal CRM platforms to manage client contacts, project files and business records. Right now, Corus cannot sync survey links, collected responses or final analysis reports directly to these systems. For example, after we run a satisfaction survey for long-term plastic component buyers, we have to manually export survey data and then update relevant client profiles one by one in our CRM. We also cannot embed survey links directly into meeting summaries or shared documents stored in our cloud workspace. This extra manual work slows down our overall workflow and creates a risk of human error when transferring data across platforms.

**What problems is Corus solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Corus centralizes feedback collection, saving us hours sorting disorganized inputs. It automates data analysis, generates reports, and enhances multi-dimensional insights, freeing us from manual work. It ensures data security and GDPR compliance while significantly boosting survey response rates compared to email.

 ### 3. Seamless Project Management and Collaboration Tool

I use Corus for project management and team collaboration because it makes staying organized easy. It improves team communication and keeps everyone on the same page. Its simple and intuitive interface makes managing projects and team collaboration a breeze. I really like how it integrates with tools like Google Drive and Slack, making workflow smoother. With Google Drive, I can attach files directly to tasks in Corus and access them easily without switching tabs. The Slack integration provides project updates, task assignments, and comments directly in Slack, keeping communication and collaboration tight. The initial setup was straightforward, with easy onboarding, and I was up and running in just a few minutes.

**What do you dislike about Corus?**

The reporting feature could be more robust, as sometimes I need more detailed project analytics but it's a bit limited. I would like more customization in the report templates, like being able to pick specific data points or apply filters for project reports.
