Cortico is simply transformative – both the product itself and the people that support it. We’ve been using Cortico since the early days of the COVID 19 pandemic, when the team moved us from only in person visits to online booking for video appointments integrated with our OSCAR EMR in less than 72 hours. Since that time, the platform has regularly improved and enhanced our practice by adding a website template, private payment integration via Square, opening up a patient portal, in office kiosks for checkin and registration. The next game changer was the plugin which allows us to send (and optionally receive) secure messages to and from patients, including documents, information about appointments, and links to forms for specific health issues as needed. The plug in has saved me countless hours when I can accomplish a task that previously would take staff time and likely a few minutes, within seconds instead. More recently, they’ve added an annotate and fax feature which makes it incredibly easy for me to reply to various other parties without requiring multiple touch points between myself and the staff. I see this improving my response times and improving patient care while also freeing up my staff to do more high value tasks. The team helping us learn to use Cortico (shoutout to Alice and all the technical team for answering my random questions so patiently) is always fantastic at helping us adapt our workflows to use Cortico better and save us work. I’m looking forward to seeing how Cortico will use AI to help me in my practice further. I really can't think of anything substantive to dislike. I dislike MFA in general, but that's not specific to Cortico, and I know MFA is absolutely necessary for security (and I really like Cortico's focus on security!!) Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
