What I like best about Cortico is that it actually solves the admin overload most clinics deal with. It automates booking, reminders, secure messaging, and intake without adding more work for staff. It was surprisingly easy to implement and integrated smoothly with our EMR — we were up and running quickly with minimal training. We use it every day for almost every patient interaction, and it’s become part of our regular workflow. Patients also love that they don’t need to download an app or create an account; everything just works through a secure link. It feels like it was designed by people who understand how real clinics operate. Also like that it was designed by physicians and not a generic large tech company.

The product is actually geared towards real medical clinics, not just some corporate imagination of a clinic. The support team actually does take customer feedback into account when developing new features (which get released every month).
