The greatest strengths of CorralData are the outstanding team, the thoughtful support structure, and the ease of onboarding. Vera and Ellie were incredible throughout the onboarding process—patient, responsive, and fully committed to answering every question and concern to the best of their ability. They moved quickly on implementing fixes and always followed up so I felt supported the entire way. While getting integrated does take some work, the way CorralData supports you through it is truly exceptional. Being able to ask the team direct questions on a widget makes it incredibly simple for clients to get clear, timely answers, and that level of accessibility is hard to beat. My single issue is that it was extremely difficult and time consuming validating and checking that the Data is accurate once you have made your widget. Corral Data is the one tool I refuse to negotiate on - I’ve dragged it into three straight companies because Steven and Arthur get us live and implemented in weeks, not quarters. It stitches our CRM, ad platforms, and those random legacy databases/integrations together without hand-holding, so my team’s in the dashboards before the welcome email lands.

The magic holds after launch, too. Vera’s support crew cranks out tickets faster than I can finish writing them, and the feature set keeps expanding without turning the UI into a maze. Clean, quick, dependable - that’s all I need. And they listen! Many features requests I've had get implemented. When budget season hits, the renewal is a rubber-stamp. Bringing the CorralData platform into our business and using it daily has been a true game-changer. Their team seamlessly integrated five separate systems into a single, unified platform, giving us clear visibility into all our metrics in an easily digestible format. We started working with Corral in May of 2024 because our team was SO DONE trying to conduct reporting and having to pull data from 7+ different sources. Over the last 8 months, we've built an incredibly useful dashboard. Collectively, our team estimates that Corral has saved the time and resources of a FTE employee that we did not have!!! A one stop shop for all data, accessible to the entire team means no bottlenecks when we are looking for real-time metrics about the success of a campaign or impressions on a social post. We track, measure, and use data from a variety of sources to understand health of our client's business and identify areas of opportunity and optimizations. Having a tool like CorralData that aggregates all data sources (business, paid and owned media, etc.) into one place has been incredibly valuable. It saves our team time from a reporting standpoint, provides our client's with a real-time view, and allows us to make informed decisions to drive growth. There aren't any areas I dislike about CorralData for our purposes from the product itself or the support team. The only tricky areas are when there are platforms that don't have out-of-the box API connectors/helpful API documentation to connect as a datasource, however, the CorralData team will work with use to identify solutions. The ability to hear and anticipate the needs of the client. The modules created by them offer visibility into their queries - which in turn helps provide confidence in the data for client calls, monthly reports, and overall performance management. It would be nice to have a client "stage mock up" so that if any of CorralData's clients have dashboard reporting back grounds, they can mock up the view they want. It's insanely fast to get it set up. You'll connect multiple data sources within minutes and you'll have meaningful reporting ready within a day or two. If you want more data, either ask AI or click a button and send their team a note right in the platform. They build your new report within hours at no extra cost. Hard to come up with something I don't like. If I'm being picky, there's one feature that I like in Looker Studio where you can easily toggle your views on a report to group data by day, week, month, quarter, etc. Corral solves for this with showing different time slices next to each other but it's kind of convenient to just be able to toggle one widget to see the data grouped by various time increments.
