**What do you like best about Cornerstone Content?**

It's a fantastic resource for organizations looking to boost employee learning. The course selection is huge, everything from soft skills to technical training, so there's something for everyone. What I like about it is the flexibility--you can access courses anytime, which makes it easy to fit learning into busy schedules. The platform is user-friendly, and the content is high-quality.

**What do you dislike about Cornerstone Content?**

I would like to see more interactive elements like live Q&As so I can get any questions answered on the spot to further extend and solidify my learning.

It provides off-the-shelf products that meet the various learning needs of our organization's audience. It provides a wide range of e-learning courses varying in topics and duration (which is very important to us users) that make it more feasible to take professional development courses during our work schedules.

Sometimes a listed course in the playlist is not actually in the playlist- requires a follow-up w/ the vendor.

**What do you like best about Cornerstone Content?**

Cornerstone Content Anytime is a fantastic resource with literally thousands of courses available to you and your teams anytime, through almost any device.  There is an enormous breadth of material available.

**What do you dislike about Cornerstone Content?**

We have found a few places that we believe could be better.  We have interactions with people who speak other languages - primarily Spanish.  We could not find a good beginner course for Spanish.  We also found that our industry is rather unique, so some of our industry specific content has needed to be created.

**What problems is Cornerstone Content solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Cornerstone Content Anytime allows us to standardize our policies and procedures across our locations - our business stretches across the Eastern Half of the United States.

The CSOD Content team has does a great job in curating the libraries, utilizing the best content from multiple sources in one place. To shop and curate from all these vendors individually would be costly and time-consuming.

There are a few gaps in our education needs that content anytime cannot fill, but those are few enough that I still find the value.

Keeping training current - the content on Content Anytime is updated for me. We have more people engaging in elearning independently because of the wide range of offerings we have.

**What do you like best about Cornerstone Content?**

I liked that Grovo was easy to use from both an administrative and a learner standpoint. It's definitely a simple and intuitive platform and the organization of the system makes locating content within the platform easy. It was simple to assign content and add due dates. I also liked the ability to add essentially "cover pages" for the videos so it helped to brand the videos and lessons that we created. It also allowed us to create a nice library of content for our users and it was easy to share items with fellow colleagues.

**What do you dislike about Cornerstone Content?**

I disliked how long it takes to upload videos to the system. The industry that I work in is very fast-paced so to have to wait on a video upload for as long as it took was very disappointing. I also found that sometimes I would wait for awhile for a video to upload and then an error might have occurred so I would have to go through the process all over again. It also wasn't as scalable for our organization and our needs to create learning universities for each of our business areas.

**Recommendations to others considering Cornerstone Content:**

I would say that Grovo is best for a smaller organization that needs to upload simple, short videos as content to share with their employees for training. I think that if you are a larger organization that needs to have multiple administrators and have a variety of content that you need to upload, then it might not be best for you.

**What problems is Cornerstone Content solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We were solving the need for a learning and development platform for training the employees in our organization. We needed a system where we could upload videos and create content that we could then share throughout our organization. We also needed to track training for compliance purposes so it helped solve that issue as well.

**What do you like best about Cornerstone Content?**

Grovo allows for easy creation of training programs and allows inserting of media (pics, GIFs, etc.) to add to visual aid. It also allows easy tracking of who has and has not done the course. This has allowed me and my peers to continue training and learning while still ensuring quality of life between the course taker and maker. Helped so training managers don't have to train live if not necessary.

**What do you dislike about Cornerstone Content?**

The biggest set back is the lack of the course taker to leave feedback on the training. I believe it should be allowed, and also have the option of being anonymous, so that the courses can improve in a more stream like manner.

**What problems is Cornerstone Content solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The largest problem solved is the ability to keep multiple people up to date on all training without having to plan a large group class to relay small bits of information and updates in procedures. That is also its major benefit.

**What do you like best about Cornerstone Content?**

The format is what I like best about Grovo; the content (video/slides/text) first, then questions to test your knowledge of the content, as well as the range of customization possible with your own organisation's learning materials. Also, the format of consolidating lessons into "tracks" and Allowing assignments of lessons and tracks by managers to employees is excellent.

**What do you dislike about Cornerstone Content?**

The search functionality in Grovo does not seem to be able to find your search term in all the lesson/track names. For example, if I search "Slide" I don't get all lessons with "Slide" in the title, and most times if I already have a particular lesson in mind and can not remember the exact title, I have to use different keywords in a trial and error fashion.

**Recommendations to others considering Cornerstone Content:**

The secret to getting the best out of Grovo is to take a lot of time to explore and discover. It may not have the format you are used to for e-learning at first, but exploring, discovering and immersing yourself will open up the awesomeness of Grovo to you

**What problems is Cornerstone Content solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Individual and Collaborative Learning - As an individual, I use Grovo to level up on skills that I am personally interested in. Also managers in my organisation use Grove to assign team learning tasks that team members are expected to complete. On a larger scale, we use Grovo for company wide compliance trainings such as Implicit Bias and IT security trainings.

**What do you like best about Cornerstone Content?**

The variety of topics that are relevant to our industry, (financial services, non-profit, quasi-governmental) and our employee populations is great.  Content is refreshed each quarter, offering employees new content and keeping them engaged.  Employees can select training/learning in short or long periods of time to meet their needs and in their topics.  Micro-learning has gained so much momentum, and this concept has worked great for our employees.

**What do you dislike about Cornerstone Content?**

There is some minor maintenance and upkeep since content is refreshed each quarter, there is some administrative burden to integrating the new content, and categorizing it, retiring old content, etc.  However, this is also part of the benefit, because it keeps learning new and relevant, and prevents it from getting stale or outdated.

**What problems is Cornerstone Content solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are able to augment or enhance our own training, in relevant topics, which bring true value developing savvy, progressive, innovative employees that are expected to exhibit emotional intelligence and advance our mission, work through our values, and authentically support equity, diversity, and inclusiveness.  Content Anytime offers employees the opportunity to learn something in minutes when they have time between meetings, or to dedicate an hour or more for longer more in-depth topics.  They are in the driver seat.  They like that!

**What do you like best about Cornerstone Content?**

I love that the content is curated for us! It's fabulous that we don't have to go through the content on our own to make sure it's up to date. We also get our own client representative which is very helpful. They have helped us with sponsorship, adoption, analytics, and anything else we may need. We often lean on them for different information from their database to find the best courses for our specific needs. They respond promptly and with fantastic customer service.

**What do you dislike about Cornerstone Content?**

There are some content vendors that I don't like as much as the others. I think that this could be due to differences in learning styles and industries. Because the content is geared towards many industries, there are big differences in styles.

**Recommendations to others considering Cornerstone Content:**

I would recommend trying a few courses from each vendor. They are so different that you will want to sample them all to see if you like them.

We aren't currently having any problems. We did have an issue with subjects being imported incorrectly but they were fixed very quickly. We have used this to assist with our DE&I strategy. It has been a huge help in getting employees to search for training on their own.

With its variety of learning courses we were able to improve the tech and non tech skills of all the employees in our organization. It notifies the users of the mandatory courses pending, to ensure that they are compliant by current standards of the industry. It also has gamifications tools so that the users can track their learning journey and also it motivates them to achieve more.

Newer learning courses need to be updated more frequently and the variety of courses can be made more wider so that it attracts a larger audience, nothing is to criticize about the tool other than these small niggles

It has helped us to create a learning platform for all the employees in our organization irrespective of their domain and has helped them improve their skills to the next level.

What I like about it the most is that if you use cornerstone or saba the content integrates even easier, beyond that it is great content that is perfect for any organization that is looking for supplemental courses.

The only thing that I dislike but this is a universal problem is that not all content is going to be specifically useable in your organization.

Best when you have a gap in training or are a newer organization that needs effective traniing immediately.

I haven't had any problems, as I said before it is high end content that uses tier 3 learning which is a combination of audio, video, and tactile functions depending on the course, there's no complaints here.

I like the user interface and the intuitive nature of finding what you need on the platform (i.e., videos, curriculum, etc)

When there are updates, it can “break” links. I once encountered difficulty after there was an update to a particular module within the site and had to find a work around to get to that page until the IS team fixed it.

Certain positions within my company are assigned trainings that they have to take within Cornerstone. This helps them learn any policies (on a company or the state level, for example) they’ll need to be aware of on-the-job.

I wish there was a way to mass-edit email settings across the entire library (need to change to No Emails one-by-one).

Cornerstone's acquisition of Grovo has really ramped up their presence in the microlearning space. We really like that about 40% of their catalog are trainings under 10 minutes.

We are making development happen anytime, anyplace for our employees. Online training engagement has increased over 500%.

I really enjoyed having the software with weekly courses. It was also nice that I could complete it on my own schedule throughout the day at work. There was usually a visual presentation along with text to target both Types of learners. Then followed up with multiple choice questions. 

**What do you dislike about Cornerstone Content?**

That everything was graded and you can skip through parts if you wanted to. I feel like a lot of associates started skipping videos and entire sections. 

**Recommendations to others considering Cornerstone Content:**

Definitely a lot of potential. Obviously the right material has to be on there but the software will do what you want it to. I’m a huge advocate for continuous learning and growth.

It helped me implement numerous sales skills to my job. Also kept my mind fresh through out the day while waiting for clients to come in.

The way each lesson is laid out makes it easy to hop around during time constraints.  Also the quick content-questions keep my short attention span focused.  I am never overwhelmed by content and loose interest.

I cannot say there is much to the program that I dislike.  it is efficient to use.Sometimes I get behind on the lessons but I usually spend a day catching up.

There is a lot of info from our company that we release through Grovo in terms of training.  Compliance guidelines is one, but essentially every product we have and release has a training on Grovo.  It's a great way to stay up to date and become familiar with different things.

I enjoyed that our end users have the ability to easily take both mandatory classes, and classes that they just have a general interest in very easily. It's also extremely efficient!

**What do you dislike about Cornerstone Content?**

At the time, I didn't have any major dislikes. I only wish that there was more mandatory compliance training so we didn't have to utilize other outside vendors as well.

Get it! The content suite was a great investment for our organization, and I wish I had more time spent using it.

The content suite allowed us to help our end users complete some of their mandatory trainings, as well as have exposure to other courses they're interested in as well.

You can learn a new skill or share knowledge across your platform.   Grovo has a lot of different options depending on what your goals are.  I like that they have their own material but you can also upload customized material as well.  

**What do you dislike about Cornerstone Content?**

It can be difficult to prepare material that is relevant to so many people of different levels.  For example, a video that is relevant to a senior VP and an entry level supervisor.  

**What problems is Cornerstone Content solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Sharing knowledge across our business.  For example we have an extended warranty program, we customized information about the program to send to all associates to make sure everyone understood the basics about it.

Diversity of the work-related content available.

**What do you dislike about Cornerstone Content?**

Most of the videos seem extremely cheesy and corporate, with stock images and videos being used as "background noise" while someone speaks. This is a huge deterrent for most of my colleges, even though there IS valuable content hidden in the videos. Another concern is the lack of diversity outside of work-related subjects. We used to have Lynda, which provided myriad options for learning both work and non-work related. If Grovo had similar options (guitar riffs, science videos, how to use a DSLR camera, etc.) I do believe more people at Grubhub would use it. They want to feel invested in FULLY and not just as a piece of human capital, and giving them a wider range of learning opportunities (not just instructions on how to request a meeting with your manager) is the way to do that.

Learned tactics to keep my work space clean and organized, how to handle a full email inbox, and other various options.

I like the messaging that Grovo provides and the wealth of knowledge that you are able to obtain form it if you invest your time in running through videos and trials. There is also so much content that it allows for you to find anything that you may be interested in.

I do not like how corporate and stuffy the videos can seem. They become a bit boring and repetitive after a while and the interaction pieces are often disengaging as they are too easy and do not require a lot of thought or even running through the lesson to answer.

Professional development. I have found the most use in the organizational and time management lessons I have walked through on Grovo. These have helped me to grow as a rep and manage my time much more efficiently.

Cornerstone easily allowed us to manage training systems, who has/has not completed it, and assigning training to specific individuals or roles.

The system, at least as our managers were using it, seemed a bit antequated and was not the most interesting or productive use of time for training and onboarding.

Our management/HR used Cornerstone for all necessary new hire training such as time tracking, company policies, and appropriate workplace behavior. It also was used for online training modules when someone moved into a role that required more knowledge.

As a user, it is easy to use and follow along. I like that you view a video and then answer questions. My company uses Grovo monthly for continuous training on a variety of terms and processes we have in the company. We post everyone's scores at the company meeting and offer a prize for whoever got the highest score - makes for good office fun! I also like that you can go back and watch a video if you need a refresher.

There isn't really anything to dislike. It's very easy to use and makes learning and training fun and competitive.

I like that Grovo allows you to take both mandatory and selected training in a quick, but efficient manner.  You can go through training that will help in your everyday work life- such as entering PTO in correctly and how to use basic email and Google applications, as well as more personalized tools and tricks that your company utilizes.

I dislike that it isn't easy to redo training outwith them being assigned.

Grovo is a quick and easy way to simplify the way your team learns about new things.  We use Grovo on a monthly basis to gain knowledge about certain tools internally, as well as technology terms, but what I think is also wonderful is the access to additional content other people have published.

**What do you dislike about Cornerstone Content?**

Generally, I am a big fan of the tool.  I believe that my issues tend to relate more to the quizzes and content, which is related more towards who has created the quiz and my desire to always get 100%.  The interface, process, accessibility are all very well put together.

If you are looking for a platform to stream line internal training and processes this is a great tool to use.  The ability to pick, choose, create, assign, and track training is all well done in Grovo.  The tool is easy to use and is customer friendly, I'd certainly recommend it to other companies.

I love that we can customize our own training modules with our own original content. We personalize our own training and encourage everyone at the company to engage with it, and the shorter format (usually 2-4 minutes per module) lets people work on it during quick breaks - they don't need to take an hour or more out of their day.

**What do you dislike about Cornerstone Content?**

Their built in scoring and reporting isn't great - it's hard to figure out how to tell it which modules to score, or how to organize teams. I wind up scoring it mostly by hand using Excel. 

**Recommendations to others considering Cornerstone Content:**

Invest in professional video recording and screensharing software, which is not included in the LMS. The Grovo Team is great at providing support and suggestions to make sure your videos are uploaded the right way and in the right format.

We had a complex and hard to manage onboarding process, and we had to repeat ourselves a lot. This lets us supplement our live training sessions with a video training library that new hires can refer back to whenever they need to.

I love that you can create your own videos and incorporate a quiz to follow it. It really helps that everything is able to be customized because it helps the company really on specific aspects that are the most important.

There isn't a breakdown of the chapters within the assignments on your main page. It would really help to see this breakdown so that if you're short on time you can see if you can start an assignment and then finish it later without stopping in the middle of a video or quiz.
