**What do you like best about Corefactors?**

Send & receive WhatsApp messages directly from CRM – makes customer communication seamless.

Powerful Automations – reduces manual work across sales, marketing, and support.

All-in-one platform – combines Sales, Marketing, Support, and Success modules in one tool.

Easy lead capture & tracking – integrates well with websites, landing pages, and campaigns.

Service turnaround time is good – quick support and issue resolution.

**What do you dislike about Corefactors?**

Dashboards customization is limited – not fully flexible for deeper analytics or clickable drill-downs.

**What problems is Corefactors solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Corefactors has helped us reduce the turnaround time of sales by streamlining the entire lead journey. Its automation and follow-up mechanisms ensure no lead is missed, saving time and improving conversions. The database management features make it easier to organize, track, and analyze customer information. Having WhatsApp send-and-receive integrated directly into the CRM enables faster customer communication. Additionally, call tracking for both incoming and outgoing calls helps monitor team performance and improve accountability. Overall, it has brought more efficiency, visibility, and consistency across our sales and customer engagement processes.

**What do you like best about Corefactors?**

We have been using the missed call service, and it has been extremely helpful in resolving our attendance capture issue. And team are very polite and helpful to resolve any query at any point of time.

**What do you dislike about Corefactors?**

We have not seen anything for dislike so far.

**What problems is Corefactors solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We were experiencing issues with capturing attendance when the marketing team conducted meetings for product awareness and similar activities. Core Factors provided a solution that allows us to record attendance using mobile numbers by enabling a missed call feature. They also integrated this service with our CRM to help create meeting plans. We are extremely happy with the results, as this solution has worked well and fully addressed our needs.

**What do you like best about Corefactors?**

Corefactors offers a user-friendly interface and seamless integration of IVR and SMS services, making communication workflows smooth and efficient. Their support team is responsive, and the platform provides real-time analytics that help us track performance and delivery. The automation features also reduce manual effort and improve turnaround time.

**What do you dislike about Corefactors?**

While Corefactors offers strong IVR and SMS support, there are a few areas where improvement is needed. At times, the dashboard can lag or be slightly slow to respond. Customization options for certain features are limited, and initial onboarding or training materials could be more detailed for new users. Faster support resolution during peak hours would also be appreciated

**What problems is Corefactors solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Corefactors is helping us streamline our communication by integrating IVR, SMS, and call tracking into a single platform. This simplifies follow-ups, improves response times, and ensures we don’t miss critical employee or vendor updates. The automation reduces manual work, which improves helpdesk efficiency and overall service quality.

**What do you like best about Corefactors?**

I love the quick service and fast working method provided by Corefactors. The ability to easily retrieve call logs through the Teleduce app is incredibly convenient, and being able to call customers directly from the app on the system is a huge time-saver. Corefactors has never caused me any problems, which speaks volumes about its reliability. The initial setup of Corefactors is also very easy to understand and learn, making the transition smooth and efficient.

I use Corefactors for efficient call log and SMS service. It provides quick service, fast working methods, and easy access to call logs, allowing direct customer calls from the app.

The flexibility that Corefactors allows its users to customize sections to cater to multiple business requirements while keeping intact the seamless flows for each separate segments. Built in Integrations are another big plus which allows us to utilize other related platforms to speak to Corefactors without additional cost implications

**What do you dislike about Corefactors?**

As of now not much, have been in touch with the team for a few minor UI/UX modifications and a reporting dashboard structure which allows us to create custom report. Thats already in the pipeline so looking forward to it

Corefactors is very prompt in resolving all issues before stipulated TATs...

**What do you like best about Corefactors?**

All of the features are awesome few of them were out of the chart. Features like email marketing, SMS marketing, marketing automation. Marketing analysis is very insightful and provides important information about the customer so that we can target the potential customer. Social media marketing, CRM integration was seamless and easy to use.

**What do you dislike about Corefactors?**

Integration with different platforms is a bit of a problem. But the overall product is awesome.

**Recommendations to others considering Corefactors:**

As far as the recommendation is a concern I will highly recommend this product as it full filled my requirement and help in increasing my efficiency and productivity. This product also helps in saving a lot of time which I can use for other stuff.

Data analysis of different platforms for marketing strategies. Email and SMS marketing. Lead analysis and generation so that we can target potential customers.

All multichannel marketing in one platform. You don't need to go anywhere you will find all at one place at an affordable price.

Sometimes I am getting a delay in the reports when I am dealing with bulk data like more than lakhs number, But its fine, I liked it and these delays are quite normal.

The best multichannel marketing platform for all your marketing campaigns and you can manage your leads as well.

Sometimes we have wait more to get the reports. but, not all the time!

**Recommendations to others considering Corefactors:**

If you are a SME and in need of promote your Organisation in the market then TELEDUCE would be best option i suggest. Go for it and make your marketing much easier than you ever think.

It's kinda all in one platform. you can do all the marketing campaigns and manage your leads as well. Bulk-SMS is the most important feature i am enjoying.
