Easy to set up, lots of support and training. There weren't a lot of options for a small firm as far as price or features. We were able to select the modules that applied to our office. They are constantly improving so sometimes there are lags in loading pages or reports, but they let you know when they plan to roll out an update so you can plan ahead.
