**What do you like best about BQE CORE?**

that everything is supposed to be in one program... time management, billing, business financials

**What do you dislike about BQE CORE?**

not intuitive... as a small business I struggle every time I need to do something... the "how" to isnt easy to find and there always seems to be a glitch!

**What problems is BQE CORE solving and how is that benefiting you?**

honestly liked my old stuff better but now roped in so many years not worth trying to transfer the data

**What do you like best about BQE CORE?**

BQE Core has some flexibility for making changes to time entries and project costs by using the batch update option. There is also clear visibility to identify billable and non-billable time entries. There is a good amount of basic performance available in the project screens. It is easy to update bill rates for time already entered. This product seems to be a good fit for small consulting/architectural/engineering firms that have a limited number of projects and transactions.

**What do you dislike about BQE CORE?**

BQE Core is not as robust as it's sister product, BillQuick. The accounting functionality is lacking and financial reports are not great. All reports time out fairly quickly. Overall functionality could be smoother. Program errors/glitches are not addressed in a timely manner by the development team. This product is not well-suited for companies that have a significant number of projects and transactions.

**What problems is BQE CORE solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Core is not a good solution for our project management and accounting needs. Poor financial reporting. Poor resolution for open support tickets.

**What do you like best about BQE CORE?**

My favorite thing about BQE is their time entries/timecards/ time watch. We have used multiple services to track time, and I have found that BQE tracks it well and keeps it accurate.

**What do you dislike about BQE CORE?**

BQE has been kinda disappointing with our company. We were sold on the many things that BQE does; however, we are finding that is doesn't seem to offer everything they sold us on. They also have terrible customer service. While our accounts manager is amazing, our trainers and help assistant never respond back to our emails when we ask for help.

**What problems is BQE CORE solving and how is that benefiting you?**

One of the major reasons why we joined BQE is for the Project Management. While using this software we are noticing that it is not aimed towards PM and more towards billing. If I was a new company this service would be great. However, I am not. It took over a year to get all of our old invoices and bills into Core because it did not intergrate at all.

**What do you like best about BQE CORE?**

it is pretty simple to use when everything is working correctly. It is easy to find and figure out. if you have a small business with not much to enter or track it would be idea.

**What do you dislike about BQE CORE?**

it constantly has glitches that keep it from working correctly. it wont save an entry or takes forever to pull up the drop down information. you have to wait to enter in a field till it is ready. these are just a few of the frustrations.
