We've been using ConvergentIS Rio to manage invoice processing, it’s the only tool we’ve found that could handle our complex invoices and we’ve tried quite a few. We’re seeing 99+% accuracy which exceeded our expectations. It’s helped us streamline approvals, reduce delays, and stay on top of billions in invoice volume. The team keeps making it better, and it's become a go-to part of our AP operations. We have a highly complex and extremely manual process for vendor invoice payments that was partially automated previously but with very low reliability and many performance issues. The new ConvergentIS RIO solution enabled us to redesign and implement a fully automated E2E solution from the extraction, translation, reconciliation, posting, and saving key attachment stages in our ERP system with very high reliability and hit rates across the solution that we could not get to before.
