I was able to quickly adapt and configure the software to suit our needs. It really adapts to how we want to use it, allowing the software to work for us. I also appreciate the excellent customer service. Simon Fox, our sales rep, and Tim Benthem, our Customer Success Manager, were great from start to finish. Contractbook has significantly sped up the process of creating contracts, taking what used to be a 30-45 minute task and shaving it down to minutes by automating contract creation through our CRM, Pipedrive. The initial setup was very easy; I was able to configure the platform and train our sales team within a couple of weeks. **What do you dislike about Contractbook?** Nothing to Highlight! **What problems is Contractbook solving and how is that benefiting you?** I use Contractbook for automating our contract creation, cutting down a 30-45 minute process to just minutes. Creating and sending contracts was simple. **What do you dislike about Contractbook?** After several years of using Contractbook, I was charged for a full year of subscription even though I haven't used the platform in months. There was no clear renewal reminder, no prior contact, and above all, no consideration whatsoever when I immediately reached out after being billed. The customer support team simply referred me to the terms and conditions, with zero flexibility or understanding, despite my long-standing relationship and the fact that I haven't used the service at all. No goodwill gesture, no acknowledgment of the context. It’s disappointing—if not outright disrespectful—to treat loyal customers this way. When a company chooses to enforce a contract rather than build a lasting relationship based on trust, it says a lot. If you're considering using Contractbook, be extremely careful with the automatic renewal, because they will show no willingness to understand your situation, even in cases of honest mistakes or non-usage. The contract comes first. Instead of 30 minutes, we should have been given a better introduction meeting and setup. If we had had a better introduction meeting, we would have spent less than six months setting up how Contractbook would work better for us. We were to the point of not moving forward because we were told too many times that Contractbook could not do that. Both Josh who helped with the technical side of implementing templates and draft sharing, as well as the sales side, who connected us. **What do you dislike about Contractbook?** There are some automtisation tasks that could be implemented in the Contractbook. For example we are working with HR documents, so sometimes the people don't sign the job offers without declining them. So we would love an opportunity to move them to Rejected somehow without troubling the person who didn't sign. **What problems is Contractbook solving and how is that benefiting you?** It is nice that everything can be done virtually crossing the borders. It also helps that people without scandinavian online identities can sign the contracts. We are still a new company, so we are excited to see if there are any additional planned functions for Cotnractbook. The templates, workflow and set-up of contracts are very user-friendly (and good looking!). What I also like is their employees' willingness to help! **What do you dislike about Contractbook?** I actually can not come up with anything specific that I dislike about Contractbook. The only thing that maybe could be eaiser is to have custom fields/multi-choice questions for recievers to be able to fill in themselves - for example invoicing details or add-ons. **What problems is Contractbook solving and how is that benefiting you?** We send out a lot of contracts to clients each year - at least 200-300 agreements goes out from our sales representatives annually. The templates allow us to use our internal contract forms, sign them through the workflow and store them in the contract repository. I also really like that the contracts are fully text-searchable. The platform is adaptable to several use cases, including pdf contracts and internal contract forms. It is also all for a great price. **What do you dislike about Contractbook?** I wish Contractbook had a reporting feature that would provide statistics about contracts, such as the total value of contracts for a given date range and vendors we frequently contract with. **What problems is Contractbook solving and how is that benefiting you?** Our old contract management software took about 20 minutes to add one contract; Contractbook usually takes less than a minute. The initial benefit was reduced time in adding and searching for contracts. This software has also provided us with a platform to obtain signatures and provide access to departments around campus.
