I like the ease of use of Contractbook. I was able to quickly adapt and configure the software to suit our needs. It really adapts to how we want to use it, allowing the software to work for us. I also appreciate the excellent customer service. Simon Fox, our sales rep, and Tim Benthem, our Customer Success Manager, were great from start to finish. Contractbook has significantly sped up the process of creating contracts, taking what used to be a 30-45 minute task and shaving it down to minutes by automating contract creation through our CRM, Pipedrive. After several years of using Contractbook, I was charged for a full year of subscription even though I haven't used the platform in months. There was no clear renewal reminder, no prior contact, and above all, no consideration whatsoever when I immediately reached out after being billed.

The customer support team simply referred me to the terms and conditions, with zero flexibility or understanding, despite my long-standing relationship and the fact that I haven't used the service at all. No goodwill gesture, no acknowledgment of the context.

It’s disappointing—if not outright disrespectful—to treat loyal customers this way. When a company chooses to enforce a contract rather than build a lasting relationship based on trust, it says a lot.

If you're considering using Contractbook, be extremely careful with the automatic renewal, because they will show no willingness to understand your situation, even in cases of honest mistakes or non-usage. Contractbook first and foremost has excellent customer support, they helped us set up all of our integrations and automatations and were always very responsive if ever we had a question or needed help. I like the idea simplifying and speeding up contract creation in a tool. I like that you are able to use many different templates. I was impressed by the internal and external questionnaire. Specifically the external questionnaire helps with data security (GDPR) because we don't have to receive information through email from. I like being able to a notification to some on a messaging system (slack) to inform them that a contract has been sent out, but then I don't like the initials of that person on our document. Also, would love more options than either a table or all sentences in a row. Looking forward to additional features in text formatting of contracts in the future. Contractbook has helped me greatly save time when it comes to building and sending out contracts. Their strong integrations has helped me tremendously to save time and remember all my deadlines. As a Senior Bi Consultant I find the "automations" funcion, and the self service tools most beneficial. They allow me to use CB not only as a digital siganutre platform, but also as an integrated solution of other business processes, both internal and external. Morgan and Andreas have been absolutely fantastic and incredibly responsive! Our project was by no means straigthforward and having their technical expertise has been incredibly helpful. The formatting of the exported PDFs can sometimes be misaligned when exporting tables but I understand the team are working to rectify this and are incredibly patient and on-hand to assist with recitfying this. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
