"Rigid and disappointing customer service despite years of loyalty"
What do you like best about Contractbook?

It’s easy to use and the interface is clear. Creating and sending contracts was simple. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Contractbook?

After several years of using Contractbook, I was charged for a full year of subscription even though I haven't used the platform in months. There was no clear renewal reminder, no prior contact, and above all, no consideration whatsoever when I immediately reached out after being billed.

The customer support team simply referred me to the terms and conditions, with zero flexibility or understanding, despite my long-standing relationship and the fact that I haven't used the service at all. No goodwill gesture, no acknowledgment of the context.

It’s disappointing—if not outright disrespectful—to treat loyal customers this way. When a company chooses to enforce a contract rather than build a lasting relationship based on trust, it says a lot.

If you're considering using Contractbook, be extremely careful with the automatic renewal, because they will show no willingness to understand your situation, even in cases of honest mistakes or non-usage. The contract comes first. The customer comes second. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
