**What do you like best about Content Status?**

Really appreciate the agility the Content Status team has with their product.  Base product is great, and the team is very capable of adapting the platform to do what we asked to help us track our listings across 13 different marketplaces and websites.  Great thought partners to work with!

**What do you dislike about Content Status?**

We worked with the Content Status team to customize our rules so we could compare our content to the standards we decided.

**What problems is Content Status solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Content Status scrapes our front end listings which allows us to quickly check reviews that are out of our tolerance, compares our titles and descriptions to content standards that we decided and gives us a score based on the requirements that we wanted to keep as standard.

**What do you like best about Content Status?**

Agile Partner with turn-key dashboard solutions and KPI visualization with dedicated account management to support necessary on-boarding, customization, and automation of digital-shelf tracking.

**What do you dislike about Content Status?**

Strongest market and ease of integration is US market. Some International Markets in foreign languages are not as easy to track/ integrate with the solution.

**What problems is Content Status solving and how is that benefiting you?**

One source of truth in evaluating digital-shelf performance within key retailer.com ecommerce sites. Easy-to-use dashboard and straight forward KPIs and scorecards, allow for cross-functional product & brand teams to take action against key areas for product page optimization inclusive of content cards, product images, ratings & reviews, SEO copy, Inventory Status and ranking.
Snapshot view of all product page elements, was a great tool to utilize for agile optimization and leveling-up overall content and brand performance across various ecommerce partner sites.
Strong correlation between online product sales and share of shelf based on performance improvements to KPIs identified in dashboard.

Being able to monitor product page data and gain real-time data and insights for how to improve our product pages.

**What do you dislike about Content Status?**

None that I can think of. Every feature has been extremely useful for enhancing our content.

**What problems is Content Status solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We needed an automated way to constantly track all of our product pages as manual auditing was becoming unmanageable. Content Status allows us to run daily, weekly, or monthly audits on all of our product pages and provides insights on how to improve our pages.

With over 150 actionable insights, ContentStatus empowers us to fine-tune our online presence with precision. No IT integration required and easily-exportable, weekly merch health scrapes is a game-changer. **What do you dislike about Content Status?**

There aren't many cons about ContentStatus, especially since much of the automated technology is net new for our organization. Because it is ever-evolving, there are still many opportunities to continually enhance the tool, like adding more retailers to share-of-shelf and increasing the level of detail at which we scrape for imagery and content quality vs. quantity. Very excited to partner with the Content Status team on these future enhancements!

**What problems is Content Status solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Automated content auditing across thousands of product pages - in the past, we've scraped retailer sites manually and one-by-one to find content opportunities. The automated alerting and reporting has saved us tons of time and resources!

**What do you like best about Content Status?**

The ContentStatus tool provides SKU by SKU details related to attribute data quality and content in an easy to use, convenient dashboard tool.  It takes a bit of work to get setup with the sites and SKU's you want but once you are setup it provides a world of detailed info you likely wouldn't have been able to get otherwise.  I actually never got to use the IDEA Connector functionality, but that will be a fantastic add.

**What do you dislike about Content Status?**

The only thing I questioned about ContentStatus was that a very small amount of the data appeared to be wrong.  When I spot checked a collection of SKU's there were a couple of minor inaccuracies, but those were addressed when brought up.

**What problems is Content Status solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Inaccurate data points and adding additional functionality upon request.  This will expand the value of the tool for our use case.

**What do you like best about Content Status?**

Content Status makes auditing and monitoring content on different retail sites much more manageable. It allows us to keep a better eye on a larger portfolio of products for our clients.

**What do you dislike about Content Status?**

The native content health scoring is based on a 1 to 5 rating versus our primary retailers' percentage scoring metrics. But we still find this to be a useful tool to support our business.

**What do you like best about Content Status?**

What I like best about this tool is that you can customize according to what is important to you. If what is important now, changes, it is simple to update your audits or scorecards to align with your priorities.  We have several product categories within our largest customer, and each type has its own set of standards and attributes. The scorecard portion of this tool allows you to customize your grading for each category to hit all the key metrics your customer expects!

**What do you dislike about Content Status?**

There isn't anything to dislike about Content Status and the tools in which you have access. I'd love to see the ability to edit items in bulk due to the extensive product offering within our catalog. The bulk edit would be the ultimate, but this tool has already saved us so much time and helped us improve our scores leaps and bounds that it's well worth the single edit process.

**What problems is Content Status solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Content status has allowed us to break the content down into more manageable groups and focus on product categories rather than our entire assortment at once. This tool has also allowed us to grade content providers to determine how well they are writing our product descriptions and how well they understand the customer rules or expectations. We have been able to assess providers using this tool which has aided us in making decisions on who to partner with on a larger scale.

Could use more retailers sites to choose from, but they are continually adding more.

Content status gives us insights and reporting of out content from the consumer POV and fully replaced our manual process.

**What do you like best about Content Status?**

The platform is fantastic! User friendly, great data and it supports both my sales efforts and operations teams.  We use it mostly for Amazon and Walmart, but are now spreading our wings to other retailers and doing customized projects too.  What the team doesn't have, their partnership group is more than happy to collaborate with us on.  Simply great people with expertise that I've grown to depend on.

**What do you dislike about Content Status?**

It's pretty easy to figure out,  but there could be a few more videos or pop-out explanations for some of the functionality.

Content monitoring... We identify content problems with the tool, then our team fixes them.  It's the perfect fit for full loop solution to win product sales
