What do you dislike about Content Status?

There aren't many cons about ContentStatus, especially since much of the automated technology is net new for our organization. Because it is ever-evolving, there are still many opportunities to continually enhance the tool, like adding more retailers to share-of-shelf and increasing the level of detail at which we scrape for imagery and content quality vs. quantity. What do you like best about Content Status?

The ContentStatus tool provides SKU by SKU details related to attribute data quality and content in an easy to use, convenient dashboard tool. It takes a bit of work to get setup with the sites and SKU's you want but once you are setup it provides a world of detailed info you likely wouldn't have been able to get otherwise. I actually never got to use the IDEA Connector functionality, but that will be a fantastic add. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Content Status?

The only thing I questioned about ContentStatus was that a very small amount of the data appeared to be wrong. When I spot checked a collection of SKU's there were a couple of minor inaccuracies, but those were addressed when brought up. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Content Status?

What I like best about this tool is that you can customize according to what is important to you. If what is important now, changes, it is simple to update your audits or scorecards to align with your priorities. We have several product categories within our largest customer, and each type has its own set of standards and attributes. The scorecard portion of this tool allows you to customize your grading for each category to hit all the key metrics your customer expects! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Content Status?

There isn't anything to dislike about Content Status and the tools in which you have access. I'd love to see the ability to edit items in bulk due to the extensive product offering within our catalog. The bulk edit would be the ultimate, but this tool has already saved us so much time and helped us improve our scores leaps and bounds that it's well worth the single edit process. What do you like best about Content Status?

The platform is fantastic! User friendly, great data and it supports both my sales efforts and operations teams. We use it mostly for Amazon and Walmart, but are now spreading our wings to other retailers and doing customized projects too. What the team doesn't have, their partnership group is more than happy to collaborate with us on. Simply great people with expertise that I've grown to depend on.
