They streamline the process for items such as arrears & vacate especially. When used correctly by all staff it ensures that any staff member in the office can easily and accurately determine the exact stage of any process. The automation saves heaps of time too- which is NEVER a bad thing. **What do you dislike about Console Cloud?** Maintenace- it needs a bit more work done to it to include a bit more automation however as a basic maintenance management system is does ok. Coming from a much more heavily automated maitenance system has made the transition a little more difficult however we can see that Console Cloud is making progressive steps in that area. **Recommendations to others considering Console Cloud:** Look at the future of console cloud because it's growing and expanding and ticking more boxes **What problems is Console Cloud solving and how is that benefiting you?** Keeping and maintaining notes has been big for us- a lot of people like to keep information in their head, whereas the workflows reduce this from occurring. Keeping track of insurances and compliance certificates is great too- no more dodgy spreadsheets that rely too much on human input/man power ### 2. Life is so much easier with the Workflow for cutting down the time to create Routine Inspection notices and bookings. For staff who need to work from home due to Covid issues, it is a breeze with Console Cloud. Mid & End of Month processes is totally simplified. **What do you dislike about Console Cloud?** Workflow with rent arrears could be made so much more efficient with being able to view tenant files simultaneously as creating and sending breach notices. When attaching documents relating to the same issue, whether it be maintenance or any ongoing reasons about the one subject, it would be easier to be able to attach/download a file that we could add every email or correspondence relating to the same issue in one file, instead of having to search through documents and finding 10 items that relate to the same thing, especially with maintenance that would have photo's of what is happening. **What problems is Console Cloud solving and how is that benefiting you?** Water rate payments and being able to invoice tenants at the same time are so much smoother and quicker. ### 3. With all systems, when you know what you are doing, you fly. I have ideas for improvement, but it works really well for me. **Recommendations to others considering Console Cloud:** Do it take the jump to Console; you won't regret it. Will improve your productivity and accountability. **What problems is Console Cloud solving and how is that benefiting you?** It's quite time-saving. I can do the whole leasing process without even leaving my chair. The integration of everything is beneficial. It allows me to be able to keep track of all of the essential aspects of being a property manager, including being able to save compliancy information, and also it sends reminders for when something is due for renewal, it is easy to use. It often is updated with new great features that are never too hard to learn how to use. If it is challenging, the team from Console are right there to guide you through with the support chat and the training videos. **What do you dislike about Console Cloud?** I feel that console is wonderful for many aspects; however the software could provide further reassurance regarding saving documents by adding a feature to save forms to the Cloud in case of a system outage. **What problems is Console Cloud solving and how is that benefiting you?** It allows me to keep track of leases due for expiry with enough time to action the owners' and tenants' decisions and create leases to send out. I also really like the export to excel feature, which means you can further keep track of your data. ### 6. Features like invoices, arrears, lease renewals etc are so easy to access, follow and use. **What do you dislike about Console Cloud?** If a property is sold the system does not update the new owner's details so if a routine inspection is carried out after settlement occurs it still comes up under old owner's name. Console help advised you have to create a new inspection, copy comments & transfer photos to the new report. Too time consuming & needs to be updated. **What problems is Console Cloud solving and how is that benefiting you?** We have submitted a request for the issue outlined above to be rectified. Although I do not personally pay for the monthly subscription, from other reviews I have read &/or heard of I think it is a bit avaricious for Console to add new features and continue adding additional charges to utilise these new features. At times, not giving the users a choice. ### 7. The knowledge base & feedback features are very helpful! The merge into Console Cloud was pretty seamless from another software system and we were kept updated throughout the way. The communication and service provided by the team is great and Brooke was absolutely fantastic to deal with, always on the ball and very helpful - thanks Brooke! **What do you dislike about Console Cloud?** There are some more developments/upgrades to be made, however these are in progress and looking forward to them being released. The statements need some upgrading with flexibility to send when you want & if consolidated or not for multi-owners. More work aroudn withholds - can manually choose to process a bill even if a withhold on. Not being abel to see tenant ledgers in transactions - have to downlaod full ledger **What problems is Console Cloud solving and how is that benefiting you?** Quicker reconciliation & easy/quick disbursment. Tenant app is helpful and reducing calls from tenants re: ledgers, paid to date, lodging maintenance etc. ### 8. It is live and updates instant, which is fantastic. There is online support available most times during business hours. Can support both task-based and individual pm portfolios. **What do you dislike about Console Cloud?** There are only a few little things that could be improved to make day to day tasks more time effective but nothing major. If our office has every experienced problems the tech team have been able to assist from the back office. It would be great if they had someone that was able to assist with the trust accounting questions etc for when we are audited and need particular reports etc. **What problems is Console Cloud solving and how is that benefiting you?** We are not currently solving any problems with Console Cloud. We have realised that one of the biggest benefits is that tenants are able to submit maintenance requests and reprint receipts if they are signed up to the tenant portal. ### 9. Also when rent prices increase, having this data captured and flowed to all other files attached would alleviate missing out on collection of fees appropriately. **What problems is Console Cloud solving and how is that benefiting you?** Time management is even better with a platform that automates a lot of tasks behind the scenes gives me more time to source new business and strengthen relationships with all clients and tenants. ### 10. Despite myself making some huge blunders they have always got me through. They are very patient! **What do you dislike about Console Cloud?** There are just too many steps for entering invoices and processing payments. It would be great if it could all be on one screen and flow through naturally. It is a bit dis-jointed the way it is. **What problems is Console Cloud solving and how is that benefiting you?** I love being able to log in anywhere and have all the information I need to be able to work remotely. It does mean that I have to take my laptop on holiday but an end of month only takes around 15 mins or so. ### 11. The ability to send bulk SMS and emails along with the easy scheduling of routine inspections is an absolute game changer! **What do you dislike about Console Cloud?** Sometimes the software can be a little hard to overwrite things that Console gateway had made easier. Perhaps this is for the greater good although sometimes it is very frustrating. Statements and reports are also sometimes not easy to generate. **What problems is Console Cloud solving and how is that benefiting you?** Leases are being renewed well ahead of time thanks to the date calculators, the advice of invoices paid twice is fantastic and disbursements are made so quick and easy. ### 14. We changed over to Console cloud and so far its making the process so much easier & more seamless... Would recommend. **What do you dislike about Console Cloud?** I would prefer a similar task screen option that was comparable with Gateway. The current system works okay but my preference was the earlier version for this screen function. **What problems is Console Cloud solving and how is that benefiting you?** Less tasks required for ingoing and vacating tenants - great workflows for ensuring all of the information remains in one place. I love love love the End of month and mid month process - so quick and easy. **What do you dislike about Console Cloud?** That I cannot click on "Transactions" under tenant (when the option is there), to see the tenants' transactions. It would be much more user friendly to be able to do this...same as under Owner where we can view the transactions. I wasn't very impressed that I had to change from Payments to Bills, at first, but I am used to Bills now. Stick with the one process - improve if you must but under the same process. **What problems is Console Cloud solving and how is that benefiting you?** Benefits are the time saved to run end of month and mid month...this is just great! ### 16. First and foremost, I love having access where ever I am. The team are responsive and very knowledgeable. We have the option of suggesting process improvements and they do get implemented improving the system continuously. Some of its amazing features are the rent review and lease renewal process. I also took advantage of integrating forms live into this process to make it even more user friendly and avoid manual processes. I love the automatic rent arrears notices. The task function is a simple but useful tool to allocate and diarise the follow up of inquires. This is a point of difference for property managers. I love the maintenance work flow which is also integrated with Maintenance Manager. Again set and forget. I cant rave enough about the EOM process. I love that this program keeps evolving to ensure we remain competitive in todays market. **What do you dislike about Console Cloud?** There isnt much I dislike or anything that comes to mind. **Recommendations to others considering Console Cloud:** It is evolving every day. It has to be the easy program I have found to navigate through. The tools are user friendly, easy to understand and efficient. This program saves me so much time on administration which allows me to be more hands on. Set and Forget... I can now leave the office knowing that Console Cloud is working in the background and will prompt me when things need to be done. **What problems is Console Cloud solving and how is that benefiting you?** Console cloud is forever evolving taking into consideration suggestions made by people in the front line. These new tools have streamlined our processes freeing up soooo much time and allowing us to set and forget. Working remote has been dire through COVID. ### 43. Inspection tools are good. **What do you dislike about Console Cloud?** Sales Section is very poor. They have now upgraded and we had a trial it is still very poor if not worse and now they charge you for it never part of what we signed up for. You can not look at tenant transactions without downloading it. It is not easy to track owners funds. Very difficult to track outstanding invoice or to do a search for them. Customer service and support are very poor. **Recommendations to others considering Console Cloud:** Don't Do IT !!! **What problems is Console Cloud solving and how is that benefiting you?** We moved from Geedee Realty Systems as this was to help us save time and money has not worked. Cost keeps going up service keeps going down. We are now looking to change have told Console that we are not happy and are going to leave they don't care. One phone call and the change over began earlier than expected and we have not looked backwards since! The initial period of change over was not even that bad but all staff were thrown in the deep end with very limited training and between the ease of new program and support staff things got back in to routine very quickly. **What do you dislike about Console Cloud?** Most of the initial issues that we had with console cloud have now been rectified or changed and that is another great thing - improvement ideas are all taken on board. The only thing that I think still needs to be worked on is the sorting or searching options but I have no doubt this will already be in the pipeline. **Recommendations to others considering Console Cloud:** Do it sooner rather than later! **What problems is Console Cloud solving and how is that benefiting you?** No problems - during our everyday use of the software things come up which we put on the feedback board for review or most of the time they have already been addressed and will be implemented shortly. The benefits we have founds are the amount of time we each save on a daily basis now with the more stream line events and from an owners perspective the dashboard gives an easy update on where each of the property managers portfolios are. ### 45.
