What do you like best about Console Cloud?

Being able to have everything on the dashboard, making it a seemless process without having to navigate through mutliple menus Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Console Cloud?

A user-friendly interface provides straightforward channels to complete day-to-day tasks.

The ability to send bulk SMS and emails along with the easy scheduling of routine inspections is an absolute game changer! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Console Cloud?

Sometimes the software can be a little hard to overwrite things that Console gateway had made easier.

Perhaps this is for the greater good although sometimes it is very frustrating.

What do you like best about Console Cloud?

We have been using gateway for a number of years and it worked well. We changed over to Console cloud and so far its making the process so much easier & more seamless... Would recommend. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Console Cloud?

I would prefer a similar task screen option that was comparable with Gateway. The current system works okay but my preference was the earlier version for this screen function. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Console Cloud?

That I can access Console Cloud from anywhere, mainly my home if I cannot make it into the office. I love love love the End of month and mid month process - so quick and easy. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Console Cloud?

That I cannot click on "Transactions" under tenant (when the option is there), to see the tenants' transactions. It would be much more user friendly to be able to do this...same as under Owner where we can view the transactions.

I wasn't very impressed that I had to change from Payments to Bills, at first, but I am used to Bills now. Stick with the one process - improve if you must but under the same process. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Console Cloud?

The automated workflows are exceptional, they offer full automation and complete transparency to all (PM's, Owners/Tenants). Visible communication, see when they open emails. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
