  ### 10. Efficient Ticket Tracking

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Software | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 29, 2025

**What do you like best about Confluence?**

As a previous Environment Manager overseeing multiple platforms ecosystems Confluence became my central hub for operational clarity. I particularly valued its ability to link to Jira tickets and organize documentation in a searchable format on each page. This was a key feature for smooth collaboration across the QA space and wider business making the ease of use a key reason to use Confluence

**What do you dislike about Confluence?**

While powerful, Confluence can become cluttered quickly if spaces aren't well governed with mostly free will to make your own space per team. When a lot of edits are made by large companies edit history can cause some confusion. Which may be resolved by some automation features using current ease of integration in the system to support this manual overhead.

**What problems is Confluence solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Confluence helped solve major pain points where so much information needs to be stored about all the systems i used before leaving my last role. It has become the single source of truth for who used it. For someone who was managing a lot of systems across the company this has been very useful and helped a lot of people. Confluence elevated my ability to lead. It helped me make faster more informed decisions, reduce deployment risks and saved time otherwise spent chasing doen updates or fixing misaligned timelines. It allowed me to demonstrate strategic value.

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in International Trade and Development | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 21, 2025

**What do you like best about Confluence?**

What I like best about Confluence is its strong integration with other Atlassian tools like Jira, which makes it easy to link documentation with tasks or project tracking. The collaborative editing features are also very helpful — multiple team members can contribute to a page in real-time, and version history ensures changes can be tracked and reversed if needed. It’s a solid platform for maintaining centralized documentation across teams.

**What do you dislike about Confluence?**

Confluence can feel slow and clunky at times, especially with large pages or when editing content with multiple elements. The editor isn't always intuitive — formatting can be inconsistent, and simple tasks like aligning images or adjusting tables sometimes take more effort than they should. Permissions management can also get confusing when dealing with multiple spaces and teams.

**What problems is Confluence solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We use Confluence primarily for IT documentation and as a central knowledge base for our team. It helps us keep technical procedures, SOPs, and troubleshooting steps organized and accessible to everyone. Having a single source of truth reduces miscommunication, saves time during onboarding, and allows our team to quickly reference critical information without relying on scattered files or emails.

It's especially useful for maintaining continuity — even if team members change or are unavailable, their documented knowledge remains available to others.

What I like the most is its excellent integration with all Atlassian products. Given a task in Jira, creating a page in Confluence to detail information is very useful in daily work. Furthermore,

**What do you dislike about Confluence?**

It's somewhat slow and starting seems somewhat difficult

**What problems is Confluence solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Technical documentation is something very important and, at the same time, very difficult to manage if it doesn't have a good structure and everything is not in one place. With Confluence, you can have the documentation just as you need it.

  ### 39. Best way to go Agile

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

  ### 41. A reliable knowledge base for smooth workflows

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Financial Services | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 29, 2025

**What do you like best about Confluence?**

Confluence is very effective as a centralized knowledge base. At Coinbase i used it to access workflows and guides that helped resolve customer issues quickly. The structured pages made it easy to follow step-by-step processes, ensuring consistency and reducing errors. Its search function also made locating the right information faster which saved time during high volume cases

**What do you dislike about Confluence?**

Nothing but I found everything good for confluence

**What problems is Confluence solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Confluence centralizes workflows and policies making it easy to quickly find the right process for resolving customer issues. This saves time, ensures consistency and reduces errors in handling risk cases

  ### 42. Confluence is Convoluted but can be Complexly Powerful

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Rodolfo C. | Commercial Support Analyst, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 08, 2025

**What do you like best about Confluence?**

Templates are easy to create and apply, and if your organization is capable and has the infrastructure/licenses, the integrations can be potent tools to set up many different types of pages, articles, and dashboards. We often use MIRO and Draw.io integrations to quickly access dashboards and flowcharts. We use it daily to provide details and training info to new hires, as well as clarification for doubts on processes and products owned by the company.

**What do you dislike about Confluence?**

However, many important tools and other integrations are hidden under a not-so-friendly user interface and you have to dig around a bit to find them out. Sometimes, direct link integrations and direct page linking doesn't display properly, displaying the entire link instead of the page title.

**What problems is Confluence solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Confluence operates as a all-in-one solution for most of the company's knowledge bases and training curriculum for new hires. We have most of our processes, products, instructions and flowcharts on pages there. However, there could be some QoL features implemented to facilitate the control of access for pages under the same hierarchy.

  ### 43. User friendly

**Rating:** 3.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Adeel A. | Lead QA Engineer, Information Technology and Services, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**What do you like best about Confluence?**

Confluence is generally well-regarded as a collaborative workspace and knowledge management tool, praised for its ease of use, strong collaboration features, and ability to centralize information. However, some users encounter issues with the search functionality and potential conflicts when multiple users edit the same page simultaneously.

**What do you dislike about Confluence?**

-Issues with real-time editing
-Inefficient search

**What problems is Confluence solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Confluence can be a valuable tool for problem-solving by providing a collaborative platform for teams to identify, analyze, and resolve issues. It offers features like templates, macros, and spaces to structure problem-solving processes, facilitate communication, and track progress.

  ### 44. A good collaboration tool

  ### 45. Awsome product for team management and task tracking

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Sharjeel M. | CEO, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 23, 2025

**What do you like best about Confluence?**

What I really love is the ability to modify the boards, make tasks setting adoptable to your company internal processes.

Project management and client tracking

  ### 47. Great but not best

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed Date:** July 29, 2025

**What do you like best about Confluence?**

It enables teams to create, collaborate on, and organize information.

  ### 48. Good Tool for Cross Team Collaboration

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Information Services | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 21, 2025

**What do you like best about Confluence?**

The most important element is its connectivity with Jira, so I don’t have to jump between multiple tools plus it makes it super simple to share all the notes with the larger team on a single platform.

**What do you dislike about Confluence?**

It can get a bit messy over time. If the team is not super organized, it can lead to lot of pages and spaces. It can start getting a bit difficult to navigate to the desired space and page.

**What problems is Confluence solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Confluence primarily for Knowledge Base management. For IT Documentation, I used Jira as it serves the purpose plus help in tracking the task. I dont like making multiple copies of the same information and routing the team to multiple directions as the team can easily get distracted.

  ### 49. Good internal documents and project sharing plateforme

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Benoit C. | Tram manager sales, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 28, 2025

**What do you like best about Confluence?**

Easy to use, document creation is intuitive and relevant to keep all the company or a specific group of employees at the same page

**What do you dislike about Confluence?**

Sharing options, limited text formating capabilities
Version traceability can be a good feature to add (When Who and What)

**What problems is Confluence solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Sharing important information and have unified content with a good internal search engine to easily navigate
Document organization and hierarchy is well done and allow a clear structure of a company knowledge DB

  ### 50. Great for team documentation and collaboration

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Khatib U. | Node Js Developer, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 21, 2025

**What do you dislike about Confluence?**

Sometimes the page loading speed is slow, especially with large pages.

The permission management can be a bit complex for new admins.

**What problems is Confluence solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It solves the problem of scattered documentation across different platforms or local systems. With Confluence, we maintain structured project requirements, meeting notes, and technical specifications in one collaborative space, improving team productivity and communication.
