"Makes Daily Clinic Work and Content Planning Much More Organized"
What do you like best about Confluence?

Confluence is helping me keep my daily work more organized and easy to manage. I can write things clearly and come back to them anytime when I am busy with clinic work.

I work as a Dietician & Nutritionist, manage a homeopathy clinic, and also create health education content. I use Confluence to keep follow-up notes, care plans, weekly tasks, and content ideas in one place so that nothing gets missed during routine work.

Confluence is simple to use and I did not feel confused while creating my first pages. Creating a space for clinic work was easy, and I could quickly add pages for follow-ups, care notes, and planning. The editor is clean and writing feels natural, like using a normal document but more organized.

I use pages to maintain weekly follow-ups for patients, track what changes were made in care plans, and note down points that need review in the next visit. This helps me avoid writing the same things again and again in different files. I can open the same page and update it when there is a new update in the plan or routine.

Templates are useful when I want to write similar notes every week. It saves time and keeps the format consistent for follow-ups and care notes. Mentions help when I want to mark something important for later review. Customer care is responsive at solve issue when needed.

I also like that I can keep all related information in one place instead of using separate notebooks or documents. Linking related pages helps me connect follow-up notes with care instructions and planning notes, so I get a full picture quickly.

There are enough features for my kind of work like pages, simple organization of content, search to find old notes, and clean layout to read past updates. It feels smooth to move between pages and update small details without any hassle.

Overall, Confluence is helping me keep clinic follow-ups, care notes, and content planning more structured. It saves time, reduces confusion, and gives me a clear place to manage routine work in a simple and practical way. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Confluence?

Sometimes when I am editing a page and adding multiple notes, the cursor placement feels a little slow. If I open many pages at the same time, switching between them can feel slightly heavy on the browser.

The first-time setup of spaces and permissions took a little time to understand. I also wish there was a simpler way to quickly duplicate a full page structure for routine notes. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"A Must-Have for Collaborative Knowledge Management"
What do you like best about Confluence?

I use Confluence as a single source of truth for all company-related information, product guides, team overviews, project roadmaps, project and team planners, and the company wiki. I appreciate Confluence for providing a central location not only to store shareable information but also to easily create this information using an easy-to-use page builder. I love that Confluence can be accessed by the entire company, so everyone can collaborate and share relevant and sometimes critical information. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Confluence?

I love Confluence so far but if I had to say something it would be that I'd like more options in the page builder to be able to enhance shared information. I need to be able to add more fonts, styles, and colors to text and text blocks. Confluence as a whole product does require some time to be invested in learning the product before jumping straight in, although once you master the basics, you are on the path to success. "Centralized Documentation Simplified"
What do you like best about Confluence?

I like using Confluence as a centralized documentation and collaboration tool. It makes it easy for my team to create, organize, and maintain project documentation like technical designs, requirements, meeting notes, SOPs, and knowledge base articles. The ease of creating, organizing, and maintaining documentation in a structured way is what I like most about it. The rich text editor, templates, and macros simplify documenting complex information clearly without much formatting effort. Real-time collaboration features, such as inline comments and mentions, make team discussions transparent and efficient. The integration with Jira is a big advantage since it links documentation directly to tasks and tickets, keeping work and context connected. I find Confluence's advanced search and page hierarchy very valuable, making it easy to quickly find relevant information, even in large workspaces. Page versioning and access controls ensure content accuracy and security. I appreciate embedding files, Jira issues, diagrams, and external links directly into pages, keeping everything contextual and easy to reference. The advanced search allows me to quickly locate specific pages or keywords without navigating through multiple spaces, saving time in large projects. Page hierarchy helps organize information, structuring content into parent and child pages makes navigation of complex documentation easier. The initial setup was straightforward, with easy space creation, basic permission setup, and team onboarding, aided by templates that allowed immediate documentation. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Confluence?

As documentation grows, pages can sometimes feel cluttered and maintaining a clean structure requires manual effort. The editor, though powerful, can occasionally be slow when working with large pages or many embedded elements. Also, managing permissions at a very granular level can become complex in larger organizations. Improving performance for large spaces and simplifying permission management would enhance the overall experience. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"A Powerful Tool for Team Collaboration and Documentation"
What do you like best about Confluence?

Confluence is a great tool for creating and organizing documentation in one central place. I especially like how easy it is to collaborate with team members in real time while keeping everything version-controlled. Its integration with Jira is also very convenient for project tracking and for linking requirements directly to the relevant documentation. I use it frequently, and it genuinely helps keep our team knowledge structured, consistent, and easy to access when we need it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Confluence?

Sometimes the editor can feel a bit slow or cluttered when working with large pages. Finding older content can also be tricky if pages aren’t well organized from the start. The permissions setup can be confusing at times, especially for new users. Apart from that, it’s a solid tool. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Confluence Makes Knowledge Sharing and Team Collaboration Effortless"
What do you like best about Confluence?

What I like most about Confluence is how easy it makes sharing knowledge in one place. Instead of documents being spread across emails, drives, or chats, everything lives in a single workspace that the whole team can access anytime. Another great thing is how simple it feels to write and read. You don't need special skills to create a page. You can start typing like a normal document, add headings, tables, or links, and the page looks clean and professional automatically. Confluence is also very good for team collaboration. Multiple people can work on the same page, leave comments, and suggest changes without confusion. This makes teamwork smoother, especially when people are working remotely. I also like how easy it is to organize information. Pages can be grouped by project, topic, or team, which makes finding old notes or documents much faster. It reduces the time spent searching for the work. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Confluence?

One thing I dislike is that Confluence can feel a bit slow at times, especially when pages become very large or heavy or have many images and tables. This can slightly affect productivity. Another downside is that new users may feel confused at first. With many spaces, pages, and options, it takes some time to understand where to create content and where to find existing information. Formatting can sometimes feel less flexible compared to advanced document tools. While it works well for most use cases, small layout changes can take extra effort. Search results are helpful, but when there is a lot of content, it can still be hard to find the exact page you want without using specific keywords. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Solid Documentation Platform with Great Jira Integration, Despite Performance Issues"
What do you like best about Confluence?

Confluence has become our central hub for all documentation. The spaces and page hierarchy make it easy to organize information by team or project - our engineering space has separate sections for architecture docs, runbooks, and meeting notes.

The rich text editor handles everything we need: code blocks for snippets, tables for specs, embedded diagrams, and linked Jira tickets. Templates save us time - when starting a new project, I use our standard project template and just fill in the details rather than starting from scratch.

Real-time collaboration is a game-changer. Multiple people can edit the same page simultaneously, which makes our team meetings much more productive. We take collaborative notes and everyone contributes live.

The Jira integration works seamlessly - I can embed roadmaps and issue lists directly in pages, so our project status docs stay current automatically. Search is generally solid for finding old documentation quickly. Version history has saved us a few times when we needed to revert accidental changes. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Confluence?

The editor can be frustrating when copying content from external sources - formatting breaks unexpectedly and fixing it wastes time. Performance noticeably slows in our large spaces with 500+ pages; page loads can take 5-10 seconds.

Without discipline, pages get messy fast. We've had issues with duplicate or outdated documentation scattered across spaces because people don't clean up or deprecate old content. Finding the right page sometimes takes longer than it should.

The permission system is confusing. Setting up proper access for contractors required our admin to spend considerable time figuring out space vs page permissions.

The mobile app is barely functional - viewing is okay but editing is clunky. No offline access is problematic when traveling or during internet outages.

For our team size (75+ users), licensing costs add up quickly. Advanced features like custom macros have a steeper learning curve than expected. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
