I like the fact that we have a one-stop shop and don't have to go to multiple sites to do our education. We're very happy with them because they have so much education available, and all our nurses, doctors, and clerical staff actually do all the health streams every year. Outside of the ease of use, the greatest value of HealthStream is its customer service support. I my 38+ years of being in the Learning and Development space, I have never encounterd a more valuable and trusted partner. I call a LOT and they are always patient and have a mind set that they are going to figure out the issue, no matter what.

I love that SafetyQ helps me stay compliant with all the safety topics that OSHA requires me to teach my staff. The courses are easy to use and understand, and they always have a test at the end so I can test understanding and show verification to AAAHC. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I have 90 employees that use Healthstream for their required training each year. Excited to say we had a 100% compliance rate in 2024. I like how easy it is to navigate, many hospitals also use so you can streamline modules of what is required for our clinical staff. There are a ton of custom videos you can do, lots of stuff for DEI and many other tools that you can add on. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It would be nice if it did push notifications for outstanding modules, better viusal reports that you can pull or automate being sent, and if you could combine modules from Healthstream at client sites to our site instead of having two log ins. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
