Outside of the ease of use, the greatest value of HealthStream is its customer service support. I my 38+ years of being in the Learning and Development space, I have never encounterd a more valuable and trusted partner. I call a LOT and they are always patient and have a mind set that they are going to figure out the issue, no matter what.

Healthstream provides an easy and efficient way to provide required annual training to our entire staff. Receptionists, surgical techs, nurses, aides and management all benefit from this training. We are a very fast-paced surgical center and this platform allows our staff to complete their training a little at a time.
