Information provided by compliance star is authentic and meets the regulatory requirements. **What do you dislike about Compliance Star?** More tools must be incorporated in this platform like tracking of bill of lading for trade transactions and vessel information. **What problems is Compliance Star solving and how is that benefiting you?** It was difficult for to ask the credit reports of firms by financial institutions and waiting for 2 days to get the report on hand. But while we are using compliance star we get authentic run time report on same day of applied and firm details is meet our regulatory framework. ### 2. The fail-safe and calendar-based compliance system makes it a more reliable tool to use, for both automatic and manual setting of tasks. **What do you dislike about Compliance Star?** Personally, I didn't come across any major shortcomings in compliance star but the only thing that I feel could be added is more customization options. Although Star gets the job done, it would have been better if the user company had the option to tweak the UI/UX to match its exact requirements and suit its theme. **What problems is Compliance Star solving and how is that benefiting you?** Compliance Star is a well-engineered product that has enabled the automation of a hoard of compliances to an easier task to handle along with being intuitive enough, that the compliance team didn't need any long runway to get a hang of it.
