What do you like best about Compease?

Compease is one the best compensation/salary management softwares in the market. The rich UI and various forms of reports eases the presentation of data for the HRs or the higher management.

It helps in planning the salary structure in an organization. It is easy to use because of the simple but powerful UI.

The customer service provided by the HR Performance Solutions is also very good. They are very responsive.

They also provide a 14-day trial version which is very good option to use and decide for yourself if you want to go for a paid version of this software. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Compease?

Nothing much to dislike about this software. Only aspect is, it's not a free software. If you are ready to pay for it, its a very good software. A 14-days trial version is available though. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
