Along with general CRM features like contact management, sales pipeline management, quotes and product management CompanyHub is very powerful with following aspects of CRMs. Customizable for different industries Normally when CRMs say they are customizable, they just let you store some fields. CompanyHub goes way beyond that. You can also create custom tables to store any kind of data like Projects, Payments, Schools, Properties, Courses etc. Records from different tables can be associated. You can change the labels (like change ‘Company’ to ‘Hospital’), filter records by any criteria, change columns and do reporting on any table / field. Powerful Reporting You can get the report in seconds. You can do reporting on any data (including custom fields), for any period of time. Filters can also be applied. It also supports various types of charts &amp; tables. Strong Email Automation Sales people spend lot of time on email. CompanyHub gives them everything they need to be more productive. Email Sync automatically updates the conversation with leads. No need to BCC / copy paste. Team can see all conversation at 1 place. Bulk mail helps reach more leads in clicks. Email tracking shows who opened which mail and which links they clicked. Email can be scheduled. Sending an important mail? You can also request a reminder, in case you don’t get a reply. There is also a gmail plugin to track any mail sent from gmail. Minimize efforts on feeding data in CRM Sales people hate updating CRMs. And its not their mistake. CRMs are time consuming. Simple not so complex UI. Highlights all the followups that your deals need so you need not go searching for this,... such features even hubspot lacks are simply too good in companyhub. Also deal sentiment is great if your deal cycles are a few months

The UI design aspect still gives a novice feel and not entire in the A-game but given the ease of navigation and it exactly priortises as per an AE's day the aesthetics can be compromised

**What do you like best about CompanyHub CRM?**

I found the system to be extremely easy to use for someone that has not done a lot with CRM systems before - easy to enter contacts, easy to set up email, etc.

**What do you dislike about CompanyHub CRM?**

Email tracking does not work all that well.  In some cases, an email would show as having been opened multiple times and I would talk to the recipient and they'd say they never even saw the email.  I'm not sure the pixel is accurate.

**What problems is CompanyHub CRM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

If you're a small business and you're just getting started with CRM and you're intimidated by the thought of implementing SalesForce or something like that, this is good for you.

**What do you like best about CompanyHub CRM?**

First of all, I am a total geek and really get deep into the majority of programs.  That being said, if it doesn't feel good in the first few minutes, I'll move on to another one.  This one has a great feeling to it.  It feels light and nimble.  

The fact that you can so easily change info about a contact/company and have it feel more like a spreadsheet than a normal CRM is awesome.

The program is highly customizable, which I love.  This lets me do what I need to do and change things as my company changes.  It is also easy to customize, not weird and challenging to understand.

**What do you dislike about CompanyHub CRM?**

The current version doesn't have tags as part of it, thus far.  There is a workaround, which I'm using, but I am from a CRM where tags made my life and filtering easier.  I wish they'd offer it, even if it is part of the customizability features and not a part of the main program.

**Recommendations to others considering CompanyHub CRM:**

If you want easy to use, yet powerful (not too watered-down like Zoho and others) then this is what you want.  It is not planning to help with marketing as much, so please make sure you're aware of this as it will not be your Aweber, Mailchimp, Mailerlite, etc. replacement.  But it can integrate with them.

**What problems is CompanyHub CRM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It makes things easier and allows me to automate.  I haven't fully used the automation features, but the roadmap means for big things there to help with better business ease.

**What do you like best about CompanyHub CRM?**

The interface offered by this system is very interactive, it is different from the others, but at the same time it is pleasant to use the characteristics such as surveys, advertising, campaigns or any tool necessary to provide a good service, the most important thing about CompanyHub CRM is to bring in new traffic to our company and it works in an incredible way, a complete and automated work system is very attractive, it is also much easier to keep track of those clients or new traffic that our very pleasant page is arriving at.

**What do you dislike about CompanyHub CRM?**

It is not a software that you dislike because it is very interactive and attractive, I feel that there are no features that I can add because the service works perfectly and I do not have any inconvenience when using it, There are certain monitoring points which can improve a little but does not affect the system.

I recommend the service to users because it works, the result is noticeable and we have had great traffic of new customers and it is also possible to create surveys or advertisements for people offers in order to expand the base, in my opinion it works it is attractive, easy to use and implement in the company.

The CompanyHub CRM system is fundamental for us, we are a company or a medium-sized company that wants to advance in traffic and sales and it is incredible that we have had great results from the service. In my opinion it is a good complete system which CompanyHub solves traffic problems and automated marketing, the tools and features it offers are very attractive.

It is an incredible software that presents totally useful skills at large corporate scales, since each sales group maintains its different work processes, because this system was programmed to adapt to each environment where it is implemented to work, because their facilities are customization to large scales, allowing this development so useful and conventional, meeting the needs of all its registered users to its platform, this server offers to organize and prioritize first of all the potential customers of each business establishment, being of great proportion to the business that each of these organizations perform.

CompanyHub maintains qualities that are of utmost importance, so much so that they make it a complete software, according to its extensive variety of functionalities, but there are defects to its unstable and unsatisfactory appearances, for all users who are registered in these systematic installations, which is a problem since this detail generalizes the user interface, being somewhat heavy and confusing to analyze in order to achieve a new registration, including its frequent login.

It is ideal for organizations that maintain a relatively small team in their departments, who want to increase their productivity on a huge scale, including a prudent visibility in the data that is obtained in these areas, to determine an anticipation to problems that arise with customers that are registered, and ensure a superior service, with an explicit experience in the platforms that you acquire as a company, promoting an important position on the web, for which it is highly recommended.

We use CompanyHub, because it solves all our needs, in relation to the marketing that we develop frequently, because it adapted itself in an incredible way, guaranteeing effective results, fulfilling its main objectives, for the growth of an entire organization, as it has done until now, being a sophisticated server of administrative management, without excluding the excellent work that it carries out, to the relations with the client, or rather a prudent and qualified operator of CRM advanced in its functions, to guarantee unique services, due to the anticipation, thanks to the data extraction, for such cases that have arisen.

**What do you like best about CompanyHub CRM?**

SO clean, bright and modern layout - very intuitive, it is a pleasure to use!  Ability to save hundreds of template emails that we use in our surveying/construction business.  Ability to set various status's and LOVE the ability to monitor emails/notes/tasks all on the front page and with the ability to create additional TABLES of more data like for us SURVEYS and the PIPELINE is just Fab - We use it for a Sales pipeline and a WORKS pipeline and it helps us view all our prospects and works accepted on a funnel - we just love it.  SO customisable -you can change EVERYTHING everywhere - it is just amazing!

**What do you dislike about CompanyHub CRM?**

I dislike NOTHING ! I would like for it to have the ability to generate SMS messages and also have an integrated word processor to create letters/guarantees/documents - also would love the ability to VIEW online all the attached documents.  We have lots of images docs plans associated with a client and need to currently keep in DropBox to view as unable ti view without downloading.  But it really is just an AMAZING bit of simple kit!

**Recommendations to others considering CompanyHub CRM:**

If you are a micro business and have good systems and processes in place but all in the form of whiteboards, excel spreadsheets, email, forms, paper files and want to find a piece of software to get you automated and efficient.  Then CompanyHub is the only choice.  It is SO easy you dont require an expert to develop it! You can do it yourself.  The support is fantastic and you wont look back.  the efficiencies will more than pay for the cost!

We now have a database with all our - prospects, enquiries, suppliers, companies all in ONE place.  We are able to quickly FILTER and view in different ways.  We have the ability to put it onto iPads for our surveyors.  It is a Task management software too - so no longer creating emails to surveyors with lists of people to call or written notes!
Ability to follow up on leads that in the past we have just "lost" - so a better conversion in sales.  No longer need the WHIEBOARDS which we used to use all the time !  All built into this system which is just BRILLIANT !

**What do you like best about CompanyHub CRM?**

CompanyHub CRM application is used as document storage and we can store the documents in this application for our further use. It is a business-related application and provides options for task management, territory management, and market automation. It is also a sales pipeline management tool and also tracks the interactions and it is a prospecting tool. I can share the contacts that tracks the referrals made by anyone and this application is also available for mobile devices.

**What do you dislike about CompanyHub CRM?**

This application is customized for only desktop, windows, and computers and it is not available for the mobile device. This is one of the biggest disadvantages of this application. Company hub also does not have a calendar and reminder system. Email response is not controlled with the help of CompanyHub CRM. Live chat Is also not available for this application.

I had used this application for my business no doubt that this is the best application but it needs to modify this application because this application does not have all the features that can be utilized for a better business application. I think that after modification in this application and this application can be used as a business pro application.

A software that can be used for b2b and b2c to comprehend with all our job demands. What a perfect application to shuffle the messages and provide all the necessary data to the users. A firm bond is built-up between you and customers. It helps to customize our email template by saving our precious time. your gross sales can be watched and market trends are merely a click away. I can enjoy its benefits by assimilating with other application so what are you think more just go and experience it.

everything that is useful also have its side effects so one must enjoy the beneficial deals and overlook the disadvantages as a room for improvement so, one disadvantage is its low capacity to store files and slow rate of sharing data if you want to enjoy its function at the fullest then you have to couple it with other application to save your time and money. Your application should be placed with authentic hands before you have any trouble in forecasting.

Time saving, money saving and an awesome application to have as a business partner. My employment is divided and I feel free to save and share my files. Company hub CRM provides a professional CRM solution to industries like IT, Life science. Empower agents to provide faster response times through quick messaging and personalized auto-response. I have been searching for years and now finally have found the best yet. The best feature of this application is document storage. I can store your documents as electronic files and there are some benefits of application document storage as opposed to the physical storage of paper documents. Another feature of this application which is mail marketing from this I can promote our business through the mail, from which I like to use this application. I can help to make my customer aware of my latest items. This application has also a tracking system like other applications. Contact management is one best feature of email marketing.

**What do you dislike about CompanyHub CRM?**

If I talk about the disadvantages one of the big disadvantages of this application is that it does not has a calendar and reminder system. I think it is one big disadvantage of this application. If I more talk about this application if very useful but its access is only for PC it does not has mobile access and no social media integration which is one of my favorite features in my business applications.

I have used this application for our business it is very useful to me because it promotes my business through email which I like.  If I talk about storage it is also suitable for me I can store my paper documents as electronic files. Its automation system is flexible and easy. I love how easy this is to use. Uploading my files was extremely quick and seamless. On top of a very customizable and easy-to-use product, their customer service is incredible! Company Hub founder, Abhishek personally reached out to make sure I had everything I needed throughout my trial and that service is why I stayed on as a client. I honestly can’t say enough great things about these guys!

My most favourite thing from the features was to customize almost everything in my quote, sales orders, purchase orders and make an invoice which I felt nice looking at so my clients would like it too.
It also has an option to track emails so it is best to know when clients have opened and have they read it completely or not.

There is nothing to dislike about in Company Hub CRM, once you get how to use it at its 100% potential it becomes so easy to handle as well as helpful to any business needing a CRM to automize almost anything.

I am saving all my leads, contact details onto CompanyHub CRM and it is easy to send invoices to clients as well as track emails. It also helps to check how warm or hot a lead is.

Easy to track the contacts and do updates, Follow-up mail tracking is good. Easily customizable fields for adding company-specific values.

**What do you dislike about CompanyHub CRM?**

If 2 users use the company hub, then the filters are common, which I disliked. For a company there could be a common filter for say, "All Contacts", but when a specific contact logs in, the filter as per that user should be available.

So easy to use with a smart architect and way of thinking, Support is incredible as they answer questions very fast, giving variations of solutions, following up with us. The CRM is very openminded and can be customized to fit all industries and needs.

I highly recommend this software as it is highly customizeable to fit your needs!

**What do you like best about CompanyHub CRM?**

I have tested all of the CRMs available, and CompanyHub is the only CRM that is simple to use, while alspo providing the flexibility to be used exactly as needed.

With other CRMs we would have to adapt our way of working to suit the software. With CompanyHub, we can easily adapt the software to suit our way of working.

The automation system is superb, and will save us a great deal of admin during our sales process.

**What do you dislike about CompanyHub CRM?**

There is currently only minimal developer docs in terms of creating more advanced automation, so it is taking a little bit of trial and error.

Howver, given how new the product is to the market, I can completely figure this!

**What problems is CompanyHub CRM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I need to be able to see what is in our sales pipeline to predict revenue and manage sales bonuses.

I also need to ensure there is no duplication (ie the same staff reaching out to the same potential customers).

Finally, the above needs to take place without adding admin to the daily routine - that is where the uTrons come in.

**What do you like best about CompanyHub CRM?**

I did extensive research over several months looking for and testing various CRM 's. We finally decided to move forward with CompanyHub, the primary deciding factor was ease of use. I don't have an extensive background working with CRM's so it's been a learning curve but so far after working in CompanyHub for two months, I 'have found it to be very intuitive and easy to use. I initially had concerns about whether they would be enough customer support but have been positively surprised at the high level of support I have received, both in the form of chats and telephone support. The team is extremely responsive and very helpful.

I really haven't found anything to dislike at this point. I had a few challenges with sorting the data but this is more related to my learning curve that the system. I was able to get on a call and through a screen save learn how to apply UTrons. They are not as scary as they sound.

I have been so happy with the product and support that I wanted to take the time to write a review. For me, it's super intuitive and even the more complicated functions are learnable without having a strong tech background.

I manage sales and fundraising for a large conference hosting by a University and until now, the team has used spreadsheets to manage and track contacts which have been, to say the least, very inefficient and time-consuming. Take the trial just as I did and prepare to be pleasantly surprised.  I upgraded the trial to paid after a day, even though they offered 14 unrestricted days free of charge.

**What problems is CompanyHub CRM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The problem with Most CRMs is that they are either too complicated or too simplistic.  Either way the adoption is terrible.  As a Professional Sales Trainer I understand the power of CRM but even I have avoided using one for the last 20 years for the reasons stated above.  So, when I came across Company Hub  and saw Simple Input and "Drag & Drop" customization I thought it would be worth a try.  Honestly, I was expecting to shelf it.  But was I wrong.  Initial set up took 10 minutes.  I hooked up to Exchange Email account and it instantly started syncing emails.  The next morning I clicked on the recommended follow ups and it had flagged a contact from my emails that I forgotten about and hadn't even input to the system yet.  But Company Hub was right, it was an opportunity that needed followup.   So I did.  I sent the email from the CRM, it showed up in my Outlook sent items instantly and the contact called me, and the next day I closed a $35,000 Deal.   Amazing!   The level of customization that possible is incredible but you don't need a PhD to do it.  I have completely mapped it to our sales process and have built a library of templates that tie into the automations.  Company Hub is, as far as I'm concerned the best thing since sliced bread.  So the biggest problem it solves is that it will keep opportunities from falling through cracks because it's so easy to use, that salespeople will actually use it an not fight it.

Loving the fact I can replace so many other possible technologies with one simple yet powerful system. No more salesforce, salesloft or external automations. I can still integrate zapier with the other technologies that I do want to keep externally, without needing a developer. I love Companyhub. I love that I as a small business owner I can customise and integrate this system myself and end up with a technology stack very similar to one that would have cost my whole previous wage otherwise.

Nothing. I seriously cannot find fault with this product. I wish I had discovered it sooner. I wish I had created it myself.

Business problems solved are : now I can customise my CRM , create custom followups and see my data however I like instantly. I can also have my pipeline view of all my deals. I love the simplicity of design as well as the ease of use with being able to see all the data in tables if I wish, which I can then edit like excel, but all the related databases are in tact. Its everything I ever wanted excel to be and never was for a CRM without needing macros and constant programming.

It is a serious CRM built for sales team to be used as a robust software. I think this is frankly the most customizable CRM I have used, so it can take shape of any industry where it is used by creating custom tables and fields, with Automations I think CompanyHub is going to change the CRM game, it exactly understands the problems of sales teams and solves them efficiently with its features that are well thought through. The support is super responsive and the software is surprisingly affordable for growing teams.

I think they can improve their Logo, I would like it more then but otherwise I don't have anything to point out as negative so far.

CompanyHub is a robust Saas software which allows you to expand your business structure beyond the standard Leads, Contacts, and Pipeline system followed by most CRMs.  They have have implemented customization which is like relational database that allows you to create new tables and relate them not only to Leads, Contacts, and other primary tables but also your own custom tables.

So far nothing.  They're were issues and feature requests, but these have been resolved almost immediately or next day.

For ease of use and a fully-featured CRM at a fraction of what others charge, this is the one to use.

The most features I like from companyhub CRM is its custom field. I can definitely create custom fields in custom tables that map exported customer data from one system to this one via CSV file.

Also, I'd use custom fields as tags, and can filter based on those fields. I'll be able to automate actions based on values within fields.

Then, I will be able to map all custom fields to Zapier to connect with any external SaaS service, allowing my website form data to pipe in leads without needing to leave my preferred form plugin.

Their customer service is really awesome,  a shinning example of how other companies should be in my opinion. The platform they've created is well thought out to make it easy and quick to use, making it totally customizable to your needs.  Overall Company Hub is really awesome.

Getting started is always slow, but that is just my own limitations and not Company Hub. They have made it as easy as possible.

When shopping around for a CRM, I stumble across company hub. Initial thoughts were positive but what has really set me over the top was the ongoing efforts to listen to the user base and respond with updates quickly. The support staff has been very clear in their efforts and always helpful.

My initial email sync took longer than I had originally hoped for but the team at CH was super helpful in getting me going.

I am able to keep a closer eye on projects. We have many clients and this allows me to separate projects and allocate my time appropriately. It facilitates staying in touch with clients and helps me organize my thoughts, workflow, and plan of attack.
