My most favourite thing from the features was to customize almost everything in my quote, sales orders, purchase orders and make an invoice which I felt nice looking at so my clients would like it too. I have tested all of the CRMs available, and CompanyHub is the only CRM that is simple to use, while alspo providing the flexibility to be used exactly as needed. With other CRMs we would have to adapt our way of working to suit the software. With CompanyHub, we can easily adapt the software to suit our way of working. There is currently only minimal developer docs in terms of creating more advanced automation, so it is taking a little bit of trial and error. I need to be able to see what is in our sales pipeline to predict revenue and manage sales bonuses. I also need to ensure there is no duplication (ie the same staff reaching out to the same potential customers).
