What do you like best about Comp AI?

CompAI team was very helpful throughout our SOC 2 Type 2 certification process. They were responsive, clear, and proactive, guiding us through each step in a structured and practical way. What initially felt like a very complex process became much easier to navigate with their support. They answered our questions promptly, helped us stay on track, and kept things moving forward. What do you dislike about Comp AI?

The only downside came right at the very end of the process. Although the audit was completed and we received the positive news about the final report in mid-January, the final report itself wasn’t shared with us until the first week of February, which took longer than expected. There was some back and forth during that period, but that seemed to be more on the auditor side than CompAI team. This wasn’t a major issue and didn’t significantly impact us, but it was the only part of the experience that felt slower compared with an otherwise very smooth, well-managed process. I really enjoy the public-facing Trust Center as a game-changer for sales and customer trust. It’s a customizable portal that shares real-time compliance posture and uses AI to auto-generate responses to security questionnaires, significantly shortening sales cycles. Comp AI shines brightest when integrated with the existing tech stack, automating heavy lifting for evidence collection, monitoring, and control checks. The initial setup was super easy, one of the smoothest experiences I've had with any compliance tool. I’d give Comp AI a solid 10/10 because it eliminates the usual pain of audits, transforming months of manual work into days or hours of automated progress. There are a few rough edges I noticed, especially in high-scale AI operations scenarios. The learning curve for advanced or custom features is a bit steep, particularly if you're new to compliance, despite the core setup being intuitive and fast. It would be really helpful to have more in-app guided tours, interactive onboarding wizards, or expanded documentation/examples to ramp up faster without relying so much on Slack support. Also, the verification in employee policy reviews and training could be stronger. Users can just click 'reviewed' without actually engaging with the material, so incorporating comprehension checks, progress tracking, or requiring interaction could improve engagement and provide stronger audit-proof evidence.
