Comp AI Pricing Overview

We tend to prefer open-source products at our org, so it was a breath of fresh air when we saw Comp AI com onto the scene.

Compared to the giants in the industry now (Vanta, Drata, etc) who all have become massive, bloated products, Comp AI is clean and minimal and only what you need.

I like the true automation of repetitive work provided by Comp AI's AI-driven workflows and evidence collection, which saves hours that were previously spent manually pulling logs, screenshots, and documents. I also appreciate the continuous monitoring and alerts—rather than scrambling for audits at the last minute, I get ongoing insights into compliance gaps that we can proactively address. The single source of truth is fantastic; everything from policies and controls to auditor access and evidence lives in one dashboard, so there's no more hunting through folders or ticketing systems. Support for multiple frameworks is another big plus; Comp AI makes it easy to manage SOC 2, ISO 27001, GDPR, and more, even showing how controls map across standards. It makes audits significantly less stressful because organized, audit-ready evidence dramatically reduces friction. In short, what I like most about Comp AI is that it turns compliance from a boring, reactive burden into a proactive, automated process that is actually manageable, even for smaller teams. While Comp AI is very effective overall, there are a few areas that could be improved: Initial setup takes time. Connecting all integrations, mapping controls, and configuring workflows can feel overwhelming at first, especially for teams new to compliance automation. There's a learning curve for non-compliance users. Some features and terminology may not be immediately intuitive for team members without prior compliance or security experience. More customization in AI outputs would be beneficial. The AI-generated policies, recommendations, or evidence suggestions are helpful, but additional flexibility and deeper customization would make them even better. Occasional manual verification is needed. In some cases, automatically collected evidence still needs human review to ensure it perfectly matches audit expectations.
