Proof of Concept Review for open source version **Rating:** 3.0/5.0 stars **Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Software | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.) **Reviewed Date:** July 04, 2025 **What do you like best about Comp AI?** We evaluated the Comp AI Tool as part of a proof-of-concept (POC) for controls compliance monitoring. The tool demonstrated strong capabilities in identifying control gaps, automating basic compliance checks, and providing actionable insights. During the POC, it performed well for smaller-scale datasets and specific use cases. However, we identified scalability as a key limitation. The platform struggled with performance and responsiveness when applied to enterprise-scale data volumes and complex control frameworks. Additionally, integration with existing systems required more customization than anticipated, which could introduce long-term maintenance overhead. Due to these scalability concerns, we have decided not to onboard Comp AI Tool at this time.
