
Community Analytics, in particular, makes it easy to interpret audience behavior, and that is what I appreciate most about it. The up-to-date data and graphs greatly assist in identifying patterns or in determining what is effective. As mentioned above, this tool is useful in determining which members are the most active and which content ides are the most productive for strategic planning. The tool is not so difficult to implement and the support team is quite fast and gracious, making the installation easy. I often find myself utilizing marketing analytics because it is easy for me to utilize due to its insights being precise and actionable and thus I incorporate it within my schedule often. Community Analytics in my opinion has a few faults. It does lack in advanced customization and detailed reporting which can be a deal breaker for the customer. The integration with other platforms also is not that good which can cause problems for the user when trying to sync their data across different tools. Fixing the integration after setting it up can also become a complex problem even with customer support assisting in the process. The application does have a few flaws and one of it is the delay in metrics as I do tend to use Community Analytics for real time insights. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
