Having more than 20 years’ experience with various versions of BusinessObjects, the 360Suite is the must have Swiss Army Knife you always needed to make your life as an administrator so much easier.

360Suite provides a lot of different tools and currently we use 360View, 360plus,360eyes, for the admin-istration of multiple environments, with 50 tenants and 10K users.

360View is used daily for the general platform management and administration tasks, live or automated documentation and administration tasks. 360View really helped us with connection overrides for our 50 tenants having one connection per tenant per universe.

360Plus is used daily for backup and promoting changes to standard content. 360Plus is also used for restoring objects accidently deleted by users either from the backup or using the build in recycle bin func-tionality. 360Plus replaced the promotion “tools” provided by SAP and it has always run flawlessly.

360Eyes is used daily to extract system metadata for all environments providing data for analyzing and auditing our BusinessObjects deployments for all users, universes, connections, documents etc. It’s also used for delivering GDPR reports or detailed universe overview reports to the tenants.
