The automatic scheduling of coffee chats makes it so easy, and because I can configure how long they can be, I get a lot of participation (ours are only 15-20 minutes, every 2 weeks). We find that a little goes a long way. I also love the Coffee Maker questions that make it easy to chat informally on Teams or Slack.

The analytics are great for showing how much use we're getting out of our program so we can edit it as we need to in order to engage more of our employees to connect.

Coffeepals has really improved cross-team communication by pairing colleagues weekly for casual coffee meetups. It's been a great way to get employees to engage who wouldn't typically interact. The fixed weekly match frequency in the free plan feels too often for our small team. Having the option to adjust this feature without requiring an upgrade would be beneficial. We are using CoffeePals (free version) to enhance connection in one of our newly set up Diversity groups at work. This tool is easy to use as it's part of the Microsoft Teams platform. Easily automated our process of matching employees to improve the sense of team and engagement. I like the additional weekly question/icebreakers that are posted to bring further engagement. Easy to interact with the app/bot directly for individual enabling/disabling and adding to specific teams/channels. The reporting on matches and their outcomes is great insight as well.
