**What do you like best about Clutch?**

The best thing about Clutch is the user experience. It is very smooth and easy to use while searching for the stakeholders. Being an agency we always use to look for in depth customer reviews, and this has made possible by Clutch.

**What do you dislike about Clutch?**

Since we are heading towards the artificial intelligence world, hence I feel that the Clutch should now focus on other AI related features also like Copy.ai and other platforms, to make it more updated and has all the latest features which are required in the industry.

**What problems is Clutch solving and how is that benefiting you?**

For us Clutch is solving multiple problems, and the major one is driving traffic on our website. Keeping a synchronization between all the marketing related activities and getting the best suitable person for the marketing tasks.

**What do you like best about Clutch?**

I like Clutch because of its ease of use, which is really important to me. The straightforward email building and loyalty segmentation make it simple to deploy marketing emails to customers about happenings and updates. Clutch also helps with loyalty segmentation that allows for remarketing, which is quite helpful.

**What do you dislike about Clutch?**

Tracking on the website for signups could be better and customer support. I'd like to be able to add pixels on their site and have an actual rep that is responsive.

**What problems is Clutch solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Clutch for streamlined loyalty and deploying marketing emails to customers. It allows us to build emails straightforwardly and segment loyalty for remarketing.

It has an easy-to-use interface and lets me create surveys quickly using predefined templates. It saves time, and it also makes it simple to share the analytics and data.

**What do you dislike about Clutch?**

I do not like the low response rate and limited response rate. Some times the surveys are too lengthy which can makes the campaign boring

**What problems is Clutch solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The software helps in faster decision making which saves time and reduces the guess work. Clutch verifies all the reviews and showcases  the real time customer data feedbacks.

A system of reviews helps build the credibility of our company and brings qualified traffic to the website. It looks like they are the market leader nowadays.

**What do you dislike about Clutch?**

Slight UX issues are lowering the conversion rate. The CTA buttons and the form on our profile are not the best ones.

Customer Management Platform helps B2C brands identify, understand and motivate each segment of their customer base.Clutch is a place where you can show your best side. It allows you to increase prominence and brand awareness and highlight your biggest skills. It's a perfect way to communicate your strengths to potential customers.

**What do you dislike about Clutch?**

What I dislike about Clutch is that it logs you out after a certain amount of time which is about 3-4 minutes if not in use.

We can deactivate gift cards, processed gift card reversals and also replacements.

Features are very limited and Pricing is little high for new startups, but the overall experience is great!

**What do you like best about Clutch?**

The only thing better than Clutch's platform is their customer service. They have patiently walked us through every step of the process, offering advice and examples, even when the discussions wandered outside of their project scope.

**What do you dislike about Clutch?**

Managing/editing customer data by anyone other than the customer is not easy by design. They have sound reasons to support this, but because it's different from what we're used to, it has taken some time for us to adapt.

The Clutch team has the enthusiasm and dedication of a startup, and the experience and resources of a larger organization. We feel that they are truly dedicated to our success, providing a level of support that we have not experienced with any other vendor. We feel lucky to have connected with them, and I would recommend them to any organization.

**What problems is Clutch solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Clutch combines an unmatched expertise around customer loyalty, a rich, easy-to-use platform, and truly exceptional service throughout implementation and beyond. Our email marketing efforts have become much more efficient since moving to Clutch. Our customer loyalty program provides greater incentives, reporting, and brand alignment thanks to their hard work.

**What do you like best about Clutch?**

Clutch is an excellent loyalty program tool.  It has user friendly reporting that allows for drilling down to the account level for transactional detail. 

**What do you dislike about Clutch?**

The email portion seems to be designed to work best with trigger responses.  If you want to send communications to segments outside of this, the capabilities are limited.  Further, many of the forms are not easy to confidently pull the right criteria.

**What problems is Clutch solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Our company is currently using Clutch largely as an email platform - this is our communication tool. We hope to use the full capabilities of the loyalty aspect to gain insights into our customer behavior.

Clutch has been an outstanding partner working with Goodwill Denver to help us design, develop, and test 
our new loyalty program.  We are excited to launch our new program in early 2018.  Clutch worked patiently with us as we worked through the requirements phase providing their expertise to assist us in making important business decisions to meet our business goals and needs.

There is nothing we dislike about Clutch as of this writing.

Our primary business goal is to provide a compelling loyalty program for our customers that will extend their commitment to the Goodwill Denver brand, increase awareness of our mission, and make us their preferred choice for their thrift shopping experience in the Colorado front-range region..

I like the easy reporting I can extract from the platform to better understand who our customers are.
The customer service portal is also super easy to navigate through.

The implementation of the platform took a little longer then expected but overall not a poor experience.
