Easy reporting and excellent customer service! **What do you dislike about Cloud Claims?** I wish somehow we were able to create profiles for Divisions (we use this for customer name) it would be helpful if there was a profile page for each Customer where we could see all the standard info, along with incidents associated with that customer. This has not caused any issues but it might be beneficial! **What problems is Cloud Claims solving and how is that benefiting you?** Helps us keep track of incidents our customers' employees are involved in. ### 2. The flexibility of the reporting feature. **What do you dislike about Cloud Claims?** I wished I could make the incident view my default view instead of the dashboard. **What problems is Cloud Claims solving and how is that benefiting you?** In my previous organization, we used Excel to track claims. With Cloud Claims, I can easily track outstanding claims and their related costs.
