The only thing that I feel amiss is the price point of OneShield solutions. It is comparetively costlier than the competitors. It would have been very helpful if there was some kind of lite or basic plan for new clients with minimum services so that small businesses could try it out before they buy the entire package. In that way it would have helped them to know what all features are there and whether this is a right choice for the customer. However compared to the competitors OneShield solutions provide way better customer service experience which makes the premium price tag completely worthwhile. The service that they provide is way better compared to others still if for a little cheaper rate they had given a lite edition for trial it would have seriously helped new customers have a good try of their solution before deciding whether this solution that they are getting is a good fit for them or not.
