**What do you like best about Clientbook?**

Clientbook is great for communicating with customers, while also helping me keep up with sales triggers and future client opportunities. It’s easy to navigate, and support is usually very quick to create a ticket and provide an answer to most questions. The integration is straightforward, and we have it integrated with Edge. The performance is good—it hardly goes down, and it’s consistently fast and easy to edit and add customers. it does have Ai Templates that you could use for repairs or even sales or events.

**What do you dislike about Clientbook?**

Sometimes the Edge integration will duplicate clients, or it will create duplicate text threads for the same customer

**What problems is Clientbook solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Being able to make sales through texting over the phone by being able to send media like videos and pictures to show the customer the jewelry as well as sending reminder cleaning  and inspection text as well as event reminder text and sales text

**What do you like best about Clientbook?**

I simply thought this would be a service to assist me in accepting deposits on repairs or custom work.  However, it's now become an essential part of my sales work flow; I use Clientbook practically every day.

Oftentimes customers will hear my sales pitch and want to step away to shop around and think things through. Historically, this has meant that once they leave my shop, it's just as easy for them to google things or start their research with another retailer than it is for them to come back into my shop to put down a deposit and get things rolling. 

For a few months now, I've been following up my sales pitches with an email including the detiails of their estimate and a simple Clientbook link to pay the deposit.  No less than 90% of people just review my email and make the payment same day.  This is huge improvement over the 50/50 luck I had when people were leaving the store and I was asking them to come back for a deposit. 

Clientbook makes it super easy to accept payments from people who are interested in your service while they're still a hot lead, which, as we all know, is essential to capturing those sales.  

I haven't experienced any issues with the links and it's really straight foward for myself and customers to use.  Highly recommend!

I wish the links didn't get trapped in people's spam filters

**What problems is Clientbook solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Clientbook solved the problem of not being able to close on a hot lead shortly after I meet with them. It makes accepting deposits super easy for myself and the customer, resulting in more sales volume.

**What do you like best about Clientbook?**

Keeping all of my leads organized in one central location. The reminders it gives me to follow up with certain customers based on the time of year, whether its time for wedding bands, a cleaning, or just to say hello. CLIENTBOOK has helped me grow my personal sales tremendously. The customer support team is always there to help with any questions or ides I might have. The edge integration is very seemless. Myself and my staff have CLIENTBOOK logged into all the computers and iPads all day.

**What do you dislike about Clientbook?**

The inbox is disorganized at times. However, it is improving.

**What problems is Clientbook solving and how is that benefiting you?**

They are streamlining all of our text marketing efforts and giving us a better way to reach out to clients from a centralized platform. All of the info we need about reaching out to a client is in their profile, including their purchase history and wishlist.

What I like most about Clientbook is the simplicity of the app. Whether you are tech savvy or a newcomer to technology it is a fantastic way to enhance your business!

If I could adjust one thing about Clientbook it would be showing me my most reliable and communicative customer/client. That way I can see who is most responsive or who is not.

**What do you like best about Clientbook?**

Clientbook is so user friendly for everyone! From those who are super tech savy to those who are not. I love that it's super customizable to your company and your individual guest bases. For my team specifically, it's really taken a lot of time making calls away and given us more time to focus on the people in front of us. Our guest base loves being able to get a text and respond at their convenience vs playing never ending phone tag. On top of that, we all know cold calling is the WORST and now you can cold TEXT. We get better engagement in cold texts than we ever did calls!

**What do you dislike about Clientbook?**

There are a few glitches we are working through, however customer service and the Clientbook teams are wonderful to work with and easy to problem solve.

The countless people we have to reach out to on any given day for follow ups. We have set up automated messaging so that it's a quick easy way to follow up with those after sale whenever they need something cleaned, birthdays, anniversaries, and really anything it's a quick text versus a phone call and hoping that they answer.

**What do you like best about Clientbook?**

Whenever we need help or a quick demo, we get a REAL person from Clientbook to help us through. Wether it be tagging clients or making sure we're using the platform to it's fullest potential, we always get a solution to our questions.

There isn't much we dislike, we used to have trouble integrating lists but as it turns out, it was user error.

Reaching people at their fingertips when tring to promote in-store events and keeping in-touch with clients cleanings, anniversary’s, and birthdays.

**What do you like best about Clientbook?**

Clientbook is extremely convienent. I have the ability to access customer inquiries at all times from my cellphone. This is great for customers who aren't in the area or are unavailable to come in for an appointment. Clientbook gives interactions a very "texting" feel - which helps clienting feel more intimate and personable.

**What do you dislike about Clientbook?**

The only thing to dislike about clientbook is that is it not possible to send videos. Sometimes certain stock displays beter via video and it would be helpful to have this as an option.

I have not experienced issues. The app is compatible with my phone.

**What do you like best about Clientbook?**

Clientbook allows us to communicate and market with ease. Most of our customers prefer to get a text not a phone call, so this allows us to communicate with them more effectively. The staff at Clientbook are always so helpful and answer any of our questions we have. Great product!

**What do you dislike about Clientbook?**

There are no downsides. The program is easy to use and friendly staff.

**What problems is Clientbook solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I am able to market to our customer base in a mass text. It automatically makes sure that the customer is opted in. So I feel very safe using it. It also is just a quick and easy way to communicate with our customers. Our customers prefer to text over phone call about 90% of the time.

Megan, Customer Support Manager  and the support team from CB have been amazing!  As a new sales manager, Megan has built time in her week to guide and teach me how CB can elevate me and my understandings in my role and how to implement those teachings to the sales staff to leverage their business through CB.

Struggles with the CB mobile app being glitchy and at times unable to save reminders/work you had just put in.

By using Clientbook, you'll find it easier to build stronger relationships with your clients. The reminder features help ensure you never miss a key follow-up or milestone. Our onboarding specialist Megan was extremelly helpful and professional.

More one on one training would be helpful. We found some of our older associates have a learning curve when it comes to using this type of software.

The past month I started using Clientbook and it's been easy to navigate and pull up clients. The new AI feature helps me contact more clients throughout the day and personalize specific needs of each person. I have seen more people come into the store when we use client book to text them.

I don't like that when I run out of clients for the day the AI generator won't find other clients.

I love that they have the team come in store to help us navigate the changes in Clientbook.

I like that it takes me no time at all to respond to clients. It also remembers clients B-days in case I forget.

We have had the AI assistant reach out to clients right after a purchase. A few times it's an engagement ring client who is trying to keep the sale quite until they propose.

I appreciate how easy it is to use! Once you have everything set up, it is super user friendly. The set up process was easy too, thanks to Megan, my on boarding specialist! She was fantastic and communication was great!

I really like the mass messaging and reminders features.

**What do you dislike about Clientbook?**

I wish that the "Tags" feature when mass messaging was a This OR That not a This and That when selecting. Unfortunately sometimes I want to use multiple separate tags when targeting my audience instead of a audience that meets both tag categories.

The app and dashbord are easy to use and very insightful. The insigts for ste staff is useful

I really do not have any downfall or issue with CB. It works  and is easy to navigate. I have no drawbacks to say!

**What do you like best about Clientbook?**

The most helpful thing about clientbook retail is being able to assist your clients on the go. It will remind you to follow up, life events, and gives you amazing tools to sell through text. I love the ability to send a product without having to take a personal picture. The premade templates are also a huge help.

**What do you dislike about Clientbook?**

I have just recently been having issues with clientbook. We have 2 locations and each time I send a message it says that my customer has contacted the other store even if they aren't allocated to it. I also think AI could use some work because it will give you repeat customers.

It helps me reach out to customers who are too busy to pick up the phone while assisting them with their purchase. The use of clientbook is a huge help in showing product in the store without having to take a picture myself as well. I know I already mentioned this but I was so excited when I was showed this!

Can be hard to locate a chain of messages from time to time, but otherwise, easy to use on all fronts!

Incredibly easy to use platform, perfectly build for jewelry retailers, great app version...keeps it simple!

**What do you dislike about Clientbook?**

Unfortunately if you by mistake add a client activity, it seems that you cannot erase it. The platform only comes in one language.

It is a bit early to tell as we just started using it but the automatic reminders you can set to follow up with clients for certain things, certain life events and that you can add photos of the items, will come in extremely helpful.

It allows you to reach out to client's without having to always call them on the phone when they are at work, or may be busy during the day. You can send cad images, photos of product, and get quick answers from your clients!

Sometimes I miss messages on my laptop, but using your cell phone is less likely to miss messages from clients.

the send and close feature closes clients when using an I Phone app. There is not a feature to juyst send. Also the connection between our POS register and Clientbook creates an additional enbtry even when all the information matches. They should merge together if phone and address and name are the same.

Client book is a helpful tool to communicate with clients. The templates allow us to send messages quickly and reach more people. I really enjoy how clientbook syncs with edge and allows all the messages to show on the customers profile.

One thing I dislike about clientbook is  not having my assigned clients show up in my inbox and only in the stores inbox. I dislike that not all phone numbers from Edge are transferred to client book.

Easy maneuvaribility and the ability to log very pertanent information. 
Also, being able to set up events which will automatically trigger the next event.
Customer support has been very responsive so far.

Right now it's auto-assigning clients to sales associates according to the data being pulled from our POS system. This is creating some headaches right now.

It allows us to stay on top of our clients and having more control over the traffic in our stores. Knowing which people to reach out to and having that AI-suggested outreach is working out very nicely.

The interface was very specific and useful for our jewelry store. A good amount of features and easy integration

Sometimes the usage was almost too rigid, customer support was also lackluster. Had an incident where the program completely stopped working for over a week and we were not informed despite the company being aware of the issue. When we reached out, customer support was less than helpful.

Great for really specific jewelry clienteling. Linked with our POS exceptionally well. Good customer segmentation.
