"ClientSavvy - Your Partner in CX"
What do you like best about Client Savvy?

I appreciate the consistency, quality, and value of the services we’ve received. ClientSavvy has given us a strong framework for understanding and improving client experience, while also modeling what “good CX” looks like in practice. Their team is responsive, thoughtful, and genuinely invested in our success. In particular, our CSM Zach Hankin has gone above and beyond; from guiding us with tailored insights to making the relationship personal and meaningful. He has become a trusted partner and even a friend, which is a testament to the culture and values ClientSavvy brings to the table. I also value being invited into product-shaping conversations and seeing the forward momentum since the ClearlyRated integration. Overall, it’s been a partnership that combines both professional excellence and personal connection. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Client Savvy?

There’s very little to truly “dislike.” If anything, the main challenge has been around the transition into the ClearlyRated brand. While I see the progress and momentum from the merger, I don’t yet feel the same clarity and personal connection to ClearlyRated as I did with ClientSavvy. The mission, priorities, and identity of ClearlyRated are still less visible to me, which creates a bit of a disconnect. That said, I’m optimistic this will strengthen with time, especially as the expanded offerings are introduced in ways that integrate with our existing frameworks and reporting. My feedback isn’t about dissatisfaction, but about wanting to see the same alignment and connection that originally drew us to ClientSavvy continue into this next chapter. "A powerful tool and way of thinking"
What do you like best about Client Savvy?

Client Savvy as a company and a software is a really powerful thing that changes the fundamental way of thinking about feedback. It is dynamic, modern, and easy to use. The methodology and psychology behind it all is sound and it was easy to setup and get going. Their team is always quick to respond when we have questions and they have been instrumental in getting us started. This is a product I keep open in my browser all the time. What do you dislike about Client Savvy?

This is a high-commitment required kind of product. At the price point and type of product it is, you need full firm support and buy-in to make it worthwhile. That doesn't mean it's not a worthwhile, it just means you need to be fully committed and have a culture within your company that values feedback. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
