Client Savvy’s Customer Feedback and CX Management Platform was designed and built for professional services firms to provide a way to monitor the relationship between a firm and the customer regarding the progress of a project or matter. Following completion of a task, your firm surveys the customer with a pre-built survey corresponding to that phase of the project. Survey questions can also be changed or added, depending on the requirements of the project.
The platform stores the survey responses, which are organized and displayed in several graphical formats that are easily accessible to your team. The system
can be configured to provide notifications to the when survey results are available, or if a response is entered that corresponds to preset criteria. The reports of the feedback results in the design facilitator can be configured to display by sender, by recipient, by project or by project team.
The feedback responses to the survey questions are made through a unique interactive visual response mechanism which allows feedback to be given by a user through movement of a slider on a scale displaying a range of qualitative word values. The user responds to the survey question by moving the slider along the scale to a position corresponding to the user’s response to the survey questions.
A numerical value from 7.0 (exceptional) to 1.0 (unacceptable) in 0.1 increments is recorded corresponding to the user’s qualitative response on the scale. The platform compiles the values from user responses and generates graphic reports of the survey responses, which are available in several formats. In this manner, ongoing feedback regarding the progress of the project and the client’s level of satisfaction is provided.
